🦋Hastanın yaş,boy,kilo,geçmiş ameliyat(lar),hastalık(lar),aile geçmişi(Diabet,tansiyon ,tiroid ve kanser vs), kullanmış olduğu ilaçlar,doğum yapıp yapmadığınızı belirlenir.

🦋Ayrıca memelerinizin büyüklüğü ve şekli, cildin yapısı, evlilik ve çocuk sahibi olup olmayacağını yada emzirip-emzirmeyeceği, meme başının yeni yeri, olası kalabilecek iz/skar durumları hastaya ayrıntılı anlatılır.

🦋Daha sonra 3 boyutlu(3D Vectra)görüntüleme ile fotograflarınız çekilerek memenin %90’dan fazla oranda şekil ve boyutu gösterilerek hastayla beraber değerlendirilir.

🦋Meme anatomik olarak cilt,meme dokusu(glandüler),yağ dokusu,damarlar,sinirler ve bağlar sayılabilir.

🦋👉Teknik:Amaç hastanın istediği büyüklük-şekli yapabilmek, memenin duysal yapısını bozmamak,ameliyat sonrası mümkünse emzirme sağlayabilmesi ve olabildiğince en az iz bırakabilmektir.

🦋Ameliyat insizyonu(kesi) memeyi besleyen damarlara(pedikül) göre planlanır ve isimlendirilir.

🦋👉Teknikler;üst(süperior),alt(inferior),dış(lateral),İç(medial), taban yada merkez(santral) ve bunların bir veya ikisinin kombine edilmesi şeklinde en az 5 teknik sayılabilir.

🦋İstenilen meme büyüklüğü için seçilen tekniğe uygun rezeksiyon(doku çıkartılması) yapılır.

🦋İnsizyon şekilleri pediküllere(damarlara) göre 4 tip olup; Wise yada Anchor,Lollitop,Donut,Crescent’dir. Ayrıca periareolar, Ters T, Z,J,L,I harfleri şeklinde de yapılabilir.

🦋Seçilen insizyon meme büyüklüğü, şekli ve anatomik yapıya göre değişir.
