Has part of measures to curtail the spread of the dreaded corona virus in Nigeria, movement have been restricted around Lagos, Abuja, and Ogun State. The announcement was made during a nationwide broadcast by President Buhari on Sunday, this will kick start from Monday 30th by 11pm and was expected to last for 14 days (2 weeks)

Piqued by the interview granted by Fatima, daughter of Mamman Daura, President Muhammadu Buhar’s nephew who lives in the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the office of the First Lady has reacted, exposing why there is no love lost between Mrs Aisha Buhari and Mallam Daura’s family. In a statement on Monday, Media Aide to the First Lady, Bisi Olumide-Ajayi, said Mamman Daura and his family refused to vacate the apartment meant for biological members of the First Family even when directed to do so. Trouble started when the President’s Son, Yussuf who had an accident a couple of years ago was returning to the country and the Dauras refused to vacate an apartment in the Villa for him as directed by the President. Fatima Daura, had in an interview accused the First Lady of being violent, saying she recorded her while raising her voice and deliberately released the video to the public to expose Mrs Buhari. “I was so shocked and afraid of getting there because she (Mrs Buhari) was shouting and reigning abuses words and saying we should move out of that apartment. That she has never seen this kind of thing before. "I then went back and picked my phone because if one is to say that she acted that way, no one would believe it without a proof. She has already been saying a lot of things depicting that she is being suppressed. “So I recorded it to show our parents and the security, so that they will know the truth should anything happen. Because the way she was raging and shouting, I was thinking that she would pick something and hit us with it or something like that. That was why we recorded it,” TheCable quoted her as saying in a BBC interview it monitored. But in the statement sent to Prompt News Online, Mrs Buhari’s Aide accused Fatima of not telling the truth during the interview by not owning up to the fact that she abused and locked the door against the First Lady to deny her access to some parts of the Presidential Villa. The statement titled “What the Mamman Daura’s daughter Fatima did not say in her interview reads in full: “By now the airwaves are awash with Fatima Mamman Daura’s daughter consenting to the fact that she indeed shot and leaked the now infamous video clip which showed the wife of the president in a very angry mood. “The incident happened over a year ago when the wife of the president on the instructions of the president asked the Dauras to vacate their living quarters inside the villa for a sick Yussuf Buhari who was recuperating after an accident. “For this reason, the quarters were needed and the Dauras were asked to move to another part of the villa. Long before the accident Yusuf’s mother had requested in writing for the Daura’s to vacate the place because the building is officially designated for the biological children of any serving president. “The IG of police, DG DSS, NSA and the Vice President who was the acting President were all notified of this request. "Despite this, the Daura’s deliberately refused to comply with the instructions of the security agencies. Mamman Daura’s daughter Fatima did not say this in her interview “What really was the intent for the video being released now if not for mischief. “Fatima didn’t showcase her part in the drama where the door was locked against the first lady to deny her access to some areas of the villa, neither did she acknowledge the abuse she first vented before the first lady reacted under the instruction of DG Lawal Daura who was brought into Government by Mamman Daura.” "He (Buhari) is the one they said is getting married not me so he is the one that should publicly deny it. The PEPT has held that as against the argument by Atiku Abubakar and the PDP, President Muhammadu Buhari was eminently qualified to contest the last presidential election.

In its judgment, still being read, the court said evidence presented by the petitioners even showed that Buhari did not only has a West African School Certificate (WASC), he possesses more academic qualifications that make him even over qualified to contest the election.

The court also held that as against the petitioners’ claim, there is not iota of falsehood in the affidavit of personal information submitted to INEC by Buhar before the election.

On the issue of qualification, the court held that the petitioners failed to prove their claim that Buhari was not qualified to contest the election.
