#god i want to know more about her .#she's often included in jane's household in fiction tho for some reason #i think janet wertman admitted she did that because she wanted her to have a female confidante and knew it was fictional #i know jane wasn't queen for long so it might have been partly from that but it doesn't really seem like she had any... friends?#which is sad. it's a horse of a different color i know (i think it was loades that said it's hard to imagine her being 'constrained'#to play the other woman/mistress [and be hated for that] and i agree])#(for the length that anne had to by circumstance)#but even as anne was dealing with hostility from catherine's household she does seem to have at least had friends and female relatives that #were a sort of support system...it doesn't really seem like jane had anyone save her brothers
