💝: what makes them nostalgic for me...

ahsoka has been my number 1 fave character since her debut in 2008, i've literally grown up with her and i can't think of a time when she wasn't my favorite. with her, she makes me feel so safe and brings the most nostalgia for me, she was the one i adored, she was, no IS my fave. she reminds me of all the fun times i had as a kid and she is a reminder of who i want to strive to be, what kind of person i want to be. i feel so good talking about her or seeing content with her, even though i think disney is starting to wear her into the ground and overuse her. seeing her just takes me back and it's... a good feeling.

wolf is harder to say whether or not he makes me feel truly nostalgic, as i've only been into star fox for over a year now, even though it feels longer. i was initially drawn to him by my nostalgia though, of super smash bros brawl and knowing i never got to unlock him as a character due to both of my disks for brawl being so damaged we could only play on infinite time mode with 0 stocks. and i saw cool fanart of him for ultimate, and then starlink dlc got announced as i was learnjng abt him, fox, and falco more, and the rest is history lol. he does feel familiar in a way, though i was never rlly drawn to anti-hero characters like him in the past, but smth abt him. something abt him drew me to him and i can't place it, i really can't. i honestly thought fox or falco would end up being my fave, but it's wolf instead. i think... i see a bit of myself in him somehow, and ppl have said i remind them of wolf but it's moreso probably bc i post and talk abt him so much. i am probably most like slippy with my anxious and (i try to be mostly) positive demeanor. but wolf.... I DON'T KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN i just... he makes me feel safe and warm like ahsoka does.
