I'd say it's probably because Heaven looks down on all demons, especially Imps just like higher born demons like Stella and Asmodeus do. Keenie might just be more vocal of these views then Cletus and Collin.

She was taught to see them as dirt and trash, and so she does, then again dirt and trash don't usually cause your banishment huh? :)
