Ruff Month refs!! (PRT 1)

First we got the RowdyRuff Boys and later the OCS who will appear in the story

First up we got the RowdyRuffs themselves!!

My buddy @iluv-b-127 drew the Ruffs in the Spooky Month style and I got inspired by the edit!!

So for a little story introduction:

During late night, the Ruffs were fighting against the Puffs, and then Unknown comes in and teleports them right into the Spooky Month universe

AS they were sent there, they did become confused as hell for this is a new dimension and even avoided others (because no one looks the same as the ones in Townsville). But then, they encounter the Hatzgang and seeing how similar they look, they developed a close trust with them.

Next are the OCS:

Leo (Age: 27)

Leo is a police officer who spends most of his time in the office answering calls. However, when the Rowdyruff Boys came into his town, he goes out, along side with Captain and Shotgun. to find them before they can cause any harm to the small town. Despite his smug appearance, he's friendly and easygoing. He is even in a relationship with a woman named Dove.

Dove (age: 27)

Dove is a yoga instructor who offers three free classes to new participants. She and Leo have been dating for a long time, and they support each other in both their personal and professional lives, whether emotionally or financially. In the story, Radford suggests Kevn to take yoga classes, which is where they meet Dove. She is also Candy's older sister.

Candy/Candice (Age: 7)

Candy (or Candice) is a quiet yet energetic young girl . In the story, she befriends the main spooky boys for she loves anything spooky, no matter the season. Her personal favorite Halloween creatures are ghosts, even dressing up as one for Spooky Month.

Unknown (Age: 48)

He is a mysterious man who is responsible for sending the Rowdyruff Boys into the Spooky Month universe. He works for another villain whose goal is to eliminate all competition (so he can handle the Powerpuff Girls to himself) and take control of Townsville. Unknown was given a teleportation gun to carry out the plan. Although he doesn't talk much and keeps his life private, he isn't truly evil- he's just working for the villain in exchange for something he needs.
