i think the fact that i'm not 100% emotionally invested in the build up to sting's retirement match is very telling of the degree to which my interest in aew, the company that reignited my love for professional wrestling, has dropped. last year i would've moved mountains to see him. i even got a fucking job last january bc i needed money for the trip and was already doing paperwork to get my passport. well. how the turntables. i guess.
