WORKSHOP CHANGES

for this term, LEGACY ENT has teamed up with another performing arts academy so they will be hosting smaller workshops throughout the three months. the debuted artists and trainees are highly encouraged to attend these workshops to start or improve their skills. these workshops will be hosted in different parts of korea so while they are short-term, people who attend them can have some free time in between to explore the town or city ( as long as a manager and/or coach is present with them ).

DEBUTED ARTISTS RESTRICTIONS

similar to the past workshops, if you choose to participate in this event, you will be skipping out on one of the NOTORIETY TIERS cycle available for your muse ( it varies depending on the muse and their activities, but in one year IDOLS usually get 2 CYCLES, ACTORS get 1-2 CYCLES, and MODELS get 2-3 CYCLES. some muse may get less if they participate in other projects, so do take that into consideration when deciding to take this event or NOTORIETY TIERS ).

TRAINEE RESTRICTIONS

for the MALE trainees, since they will be preparing a trainee showcase throughout these three months, they will only be eligible for the APRIL workshop.

AVAILABLE WORKSHOPS

EMOTION IN MOTION ( skills gained from this workshop – DANCING & ACTING ): this class teaches how to convey emotions and tell compelling stories through movement, enhancing both performance depth and emotional connection. the workshop will take place in CHUNCHEON and will be available throughout APRIL.

SPOTLIGHT ENGAGEMENT ( skills gained from this workshop – PERFORMANCE & MCING/HOSTING ): this class focuses on combining charisma with hosting techniques to interact authentically with fans, whether on live broadcasts or fan events, ensuring that they always leave a lasting impression. the workshop will take place in YONGIN and will be available throughout MAY and JUNE.

MELODIC EXPRESSIONS ( skills gained from this workshop – LYRIC COMPOSITION & JAPANESE/MANDARIN ) : this class blends lyric writing with japanese/mandarin ( depends on what the muse is interested in ) as they learn how to craft meaningful lyrics while expressing them effectively across different languages. ( NOTE: the mun/muse will choose which language they prefer to work on for this workshop. only eligible for muses who have less than 80 POINTS in either language ). the workshop will take place in SUWON and will be available throughout APRIL, MAY, and JUNE.

both the debuted artists and trainees will be taking the workshops whenever they have free time in their schedules, with the classes usually occurring every SATURDAY and SUNDAY.

REWARD POINTS

the number of points awarded for each workshop will depend on the muses that sign up for it. however, one can get somewhere between 30-60 SKILL POINTS.

hello, loves! it's just lil ol' me, the mun behind chaerin and haein! jueun is a beloved muse of mine that i've had for about four years but never got the chance to write out, so i tweaked her a little to fit at wannabe! hopefully, she fits in well. you can find her profile here and an introduction to her below the cut! as always, please like this post if you'd like to plot!

her background! born in suwon, south korea to a father who works for samsung and a mother who works as a japanese interpreter. she also has an older brother who is currently just an engineering student

dad was busy with his corporate job while mom was more of a freelancer so naturally, jueun ended up spending much more time with her mom. mom always wanted a daughter so when she ended up having jueun, she started throwing all her childhood dreams onto her

that mostly consisted of pageants, beauty contests and whatnot so jueun's grown up having to always win and be in the spotlight. plus, she's always had to take care of her appearances and that habit remains till today

as she grows older, she stops winning as many competitions, and so her mom kind of gives up on her. there's a mix of emotions during her last contest because she's so relieved that she never has to go through this again but also upset because it makes her feel worthless

anyway, as you can tell she has a lot of issues when it comes to trusting people because of the competitive world she was in from a young age and she always seeks approval from others! sort of acts overly confident to cover up the insecurities that she does have

currently, she's a university student majoring in fashion, works part time at olive young for the sweet cj points and discounts and also does freelance makeup work! nothing fancy, but she'll do cheap makeup and styling for fellow college students if they're shooting profiles and such

doesn't really dream of being an idol (for now, at least), but she has imagined herself being on television and kind of seeks the attention that comes with a job in this industry. becoming an idol or just being famous in general would really fulfill the approval and attention she seeks from people

kind of instagram famous but not really. probably has a decent following but it's niche. people who like fashion and makeup might know her feed but if you're not into that stuff, she's just a college kid

i explained some of her personality above, but she really does fake it to make it more than she'd like to. her mother has put her down quite a lot since she was young and her dad was never home enough to give her any love, but she is very close to her brother. the two pretty much only had one another to count on. she's kind of wary of people's true intentions when she first meets them but puts on a very outgoing, friendly facade to get to know them. almost like getting to know her enemies better before they become her enemies! if she were to debut as an idol, i can see fans finding her to be a lot more quiet than they expected her to be because she's constantly acting to have people like her and enjoy her presence

deep down, she is a lot softer than she appears. again, she acts more confident than she actually is because that's how she was trained to act since she was young. jueun would love more than anything to be a little more genuine, but it'll take some training, and she'll have to make some real friends for that to happen

kind of lives by the motto of why give a 100% to everything when she can give her 70% and get away with it. life's been pretty smooth so far (or so she likes to think) so she's not a work hard every day kind of girl

i am open for all sorts of plots but here are a few that just popped into mind! perhaps your muse hires her for makeup, you're a frequent shopper at olive young and you always seek out jueun because she seems to have the best recommendations, a roommate would be nice because she's going to school in seoul but her house is suwon, someone who catches her in a vulnerable moment and sees a more watered down version of her, some real friends (would require more intense plotting though!), exes/crushes/flings and whatnot (the latter will be very recent because of her age, of course), etc. again, i'd be more than happy to discuss things so please do throw me any ideas you have!

He’s known for his expressive facial expressions, bright personality, and incredible stage presence. Sunoo was born on June 24, 2003, in Suwon, South Korea, and he officially debuted with ENHYPEN on November 30, 2020, after competing in the survival show I-LAND.

ENGENEs adore him for his playful energy and adorable visuals, often calling him "Kim Ddeonu" or "Human Peach"—which totally fits him! His signature emojis are a fox (🦊) and he always brings warmth and excitement wherever he goes.

Sunoo is also famous for his love for mint chocolate, it’s no secret how much he adores it! If you ever see him talking about it, you’ll instantly know just how passionate he is about this flavor.

The two has gotten a bit touchy the last couple years, side hugs turned into full on hugs, to cuddling on the couch if they were watching something, to gentle kisses on the face, head, or just the corner of their lips if they got bold enough. But that rarely happened. As the years passed and their friendship developed, so did Felix’s feelings. He was unsure of how the other felt and he was too afraid to confess his feelings, so he kept his mouth shut.

Muse B always had a fluttery feeling around Felix but he couldn't make out what it was. But as the years went on, he realized he liked his best friend. The thought of Felix possibly not feeling the same and their friendship ruined because he had to be that person to gain a crush on their best friend, kept him from ever saying anything. Both boys went to their best friends for advice on what to do with their ever growing feelings and they’re both told the same. “just tell him how you feel.” but the churning fear in their stomachs keep them from doing so. Plot 2: highschool au! homophobe-not-really x quiet gay kid

Felix was a quiet kid inside of Suwon’s very own Christian highschool. He never once spoke back to a teacher, never tried to stick his neck out from the crowd, always kept a bubble around him and never let anyone poke it. He didn't have any friends in school, and the only two he trusted with his life lived hours away from him. He got straight A’s in every class and that's all he wanted in life; be a straight-A student and graduate this hell called school without any kind of trouble. Unfortunately, despite his wishes, life tended to always have plans of the exact opposite.

Now, on the other hand, Muse B did almost everything BUT school. Smoking, partying, drinking, certain illegal substances that could have him locked away for years if he were to ever be caught with them, sneaking off between and during class periods. The fact that he hasn't been expelled yet is somewhat of a miracle and his parents couldn't care less about what he does, or what happens to him. Besides his friends, probably one other person is glad he hasn't been expelled. Lee Felix is absolutely infatuated with him. Only problem? Muse B was extremely popular and homophobic like everyone in this school(or was he?). Felix wasn't. Yu Ji-min (Korean: 유지민; born April 11, 2000), known professionally as Karina, is a South Korean singer and rapper. "ㅤin the wrong and knowing it, minjoon backs down immediately, a hand raising in a further show of relent. he's tired, a little on edge, and not actually sure of everything that he needs — it's his own fault that he's been here, staring half-zoned out at the apothecary's shelves for almost half an hour, not hers.

ㅤㅤ" i should have double checked what i was missing before i left home this morning... "ㅤit's more a thought spoken out loud than an attempt to explain himself, but it still helps his case all the same. this is what he gets for not properly keeping up with his own ingredient storage. eyes scanning over the shop's products for a moment longer like he might suddenly remember everything, his gaze soon drops to his phone, and he wonders... if he called his own discord with his secondary account, would suwon pick up? he knows how, but would he even think to look at the screen, or would he brush it off as none of his business? hmm...

ㅤㅤ" i'll... have to come back later in the week. "ㅤdeciding against the attempt, sure that his familiar wouldn't appreciate having his afternoon nap interrupted even if he did answer, minjoon shoves his phone back into his pocket with a shake of his head.ㅤ" i do know that i'm low on acacia and lavender, at least, so i'll take some of those. and... sorry again, for loitering. didn't really notice how much time had passed. ㅤto the polite (and honestly rather anticipated) refusal of the addition, minjoon simply nods; of course that's okay. he's kept them separate for a reason, after all. topping his own bowl off with a healthy dash of onion, he grabs the small side dish of kimchi and steps over to join august at the table.

ㅤㅤ" help yourself to another bowl if you're still hungry, there's plenty left. "ㅤgentle words rise between mouthfuls when he notices that the boy is already cleaning the last of the broth from his bowl. he's not surprised to see the kid wolfing the meal down like it might be his last, but it does earn a pang of sympathy nonetheless.ㅤ" have as much as you want, for that matter. it's more than i'll be able to eat on my own. "ㅤpausing for another spoonful, minjoon watches as suwon prowls into the kitchen, fur ruffled from a nap, and tosses a small piece of chicken to the floor for him.

ㅤㅤ" maybe you should tell me what kind of foods you like, "ㅤhe muses after a moment, attention flitting back to august.ㅤ" so i can have them here for you whenever you want them. or maybe it would be easier to take a trip down to the store together...? that way you can pick them out instead, make sure i don't get the wrong things. "

spoons clang, light, light, against the bowls. delicious scent wafts into august’s nostrils. his belly rumbles like a volcano and socked footfalls trudge to table. “ we can eat right here. ” he drawls, seating himself. diffident smile. “ i kinda, um...i like my meals plain? so, no thanks to onions and kimchi. ” if that’s okay, his courteous expression says. after all, minjoon had prepared this food and auggie meant no disrespect whatsoever.

the boy gathers a spoonful to taste – fine grains of rice, tender chunks of chicken. (his reaction, ferried with wordless head bob and second dig of spoon into bowl.) from there, the famished boy feasts in silence. and, before much longer, his bowl was licked clean.

congratulations to all of them for their roles! if you are curious to know the basic details of their characters and storyline, you can check it over here on this DOCUMENT! for this play, there have been some modifications from the original drama and comic, one of which is changing the character’s roles and ages to fit with the current cast and shortening the story to fit that of a play.

as a reminder, just like many plays, to prevent the actors from overworking ( and in case of sickness ), all of the LEAD and SUPPORTING roles will have understudies for them. for the aforementioned, this is in case they have any important events to attend during Q1. but for the sake of documentation, it’s listed as them ( the muses ) being the more significant actors associated with the roles.

SCHEDULES

on OCTOBER 21, the muses mentioned will have their first table read and begin their rehearsals starting OCTOBER 24. all of them will be spending every week ( aside from JISOO due to lgc fall boys obligations ) practicing for the play.

around NOVEMBER, all of the lead and supporting actors EXCEPT JISOO will be traveling to SUWON and visiting some of SUWON’s landmarks ( specifically SUWON HWASEONG FORTRESS ) to help understand the history and story behind the infamous warrior, BAEK DONG-SOO. during this time, they will be filmed by a few of the staff members as promotional content, which will be posted on lgc’s youtube channel as a behind the scene video. by the end of the tour, they will be traveling to a hotel where they will be staying there for the night before heading back to SEOUL the next morning.

then around early to middle of DECEMBER, the lead and supporting actors will be having a photoshoot and filming promotional videos ( character introductions, cast interview, etc ). for a visual example of the videos, it would be something like this or this, but more fitting for the genre and storyline of WARRIOR BAEK DONG-SOO.

from OCTOBER until JANUARY, all of the participating muses ( lead, supporting, ensemble ) will be practicing and working on their stage combat training, theatrical acting, vocal training, stamina training, and character development as well. despite JISOO, SEUNGHYUN, EUNWOO, and HAEMIN taking workshops pertaining to that in the last term, they will continue on with those lessons in this term only this time they will be refining the skills they have to fit with what the play entails. if they wish to do so, they can help anyone in the ensemble with the training they’ve received prior but most of that will still be accompanied by a trained professional. as for HEEJIN, since she didn't participate in last term's workshops, she will be spending majority of the time catching up and preparing herself for her ensemble role with an emphasis on stage combat training.

WARRIOR BAEK DONG-SOO will begin its showing starting from JANUARY 31 until MARCH 23, with JANUARY 31 being the opening day. it will also be the same day when theatrical critics from all over korea will attend and give their thoughts about this play.

REQUIREMENTS

the success of the play depends on its script but also on its cast members. for all posts related to this, please us the hashtag lgc:wbds. you have until JANUARY 11, 2025 11:59PM EST to fulfill the following requirements:

WBDS PREPARATIONS: write a 300+ word solo or a 4 replies ( minimum 8 lines; 2 posts per mun ) thread with another cast member ( lead, supporting, ensemble ) in the play about any of their schedules ( eg. rehearsals, workshops, visiting suwon, character/group photoshoot, filming promotional videos, etc ) for +8 POINTS TO PERFORMANCE, ACTING, or MODELING and +5 NOTORIETY ! ** SEUNGHYUN, EUNWOO, and HAEMIN can do it up to two times while everyone else can only do it once **

REFLECTION: write a 300+ word headcanon post OR a solo explaining the muse’s thoughts about their character role, play, strengths, and weaknesses as an actor so far. when explaining the muse’s thoughts, it must be at least 100+ WORDS in DIALOGUE. the reflection will be done as a meeting with one of the acting coaches during the halfway point of the rehearsals when they discuss what the muse should focus working on from then until the end of rehearsals. completing this will earn you +10 POINTS TO PERFORMANCE or ACTING !

the tapping of her foot echoes around the mostly empty restaurant but yulhee can hardly hear it, so focused that she is on staring at her phone as if she could will the tiny car on her screen to move faster. the driver she had sent for joomi was perfectly capable of arriving on time, yet it wasn’t fast enough for her. of course, nothing truly is enough for her. 

soon enough, the car stops at a private entrance to the bbq place, and the girl opens up instagram to pretend like she wasn’t obsessing over the tracking app all this time. 

“joomi!”, she chirps, practically knocking down the chair to jump towards him. he’s taller than her, but not by much, so with a little bit of tiptoeing she can easily wrap her arms around his neck for a tight embrace. she hopes he is used to her hugs by now. “i missed you! how was the ride here? was the car to your liking? did any of your coaches see you leave the building?”

they take their seats, and yulhee feels the night breeze flowing in. the restaurant doesn’t have many windows to secure its guests’ privacy, and she appreciates that they left the skylights open at least.

“so. how come you’ve been ignoring me all this time, huh~?” she starts unceremoniously, though deep down she assumes joomi would rather at least finish reading the menu before the interrogation session begins. oh well. “i know i was still in suwon, but you didn’t pick up my calls! i was worried about you, you know? and i don’t know many of your friends, so it’s not like i can call them to hear what’s going on with you... you can’t leave me in the dark like that, jung joomi!”

her tone isn’t nearly as harsh as her words might warrant, and that’s because she isn’t truly that upset about it. sure, she missed him (and his singing, and his pretty face, and the attention he gives her), but she knows she’s not the most important person in his life - though yulhee isn’t aware of who exactly takes the crown yet.

“did you find another muse to write songs for? is she cuter than me!?”, she jokes as her shoe clicks against the floor cheerfully. “who do i have to fight now?”

just joon things:  a witch’s familiar

ㅤsuwon is a scruffy orange and white cat and, of course, minjoon's familiar. as his familiar, the two have a naturally deep bond but, as they’ve been together since minjoon was a very young boy, they're much closer than a witch and familiar that meet later in life. they know one another better than anyone else and are each others' best friend.

as witch and familiar, the two share a mental bond, one that allows them to communicate more deeply than merely speaking to one another. thoughts, feelings, mental images ― they can exchange just about anything mentally. despite this, joon still opts more often than not to speak out loud to suwon, almost entirely because of it being a habit he started at a very young age.

ㅤㅤㅤ―  in verses where joon lives anywhere other than korea, he’ll speak to suwon in korean when someone else is around so as to keep the conversation private. some people don’t think much of it; it’s an understandable habit to talk to you pet in your native language. others find it odd because it sounds more like joon is having the kind of conversation you have with another person rather than a cat.

while it might appear that the two don’t get along, they really do ― they just tend to argue a lot. some of this is admittedly in part due to suwon being frustrated with joon not being the most active witch, having chosen a more mundane career path. also, joon’s laziness often asks that suwon do things that a familiar shouldn’t normally have to do; ridiculous things like answering the door for the pizza guy. when it comes down to it, suwon does want his witch to do what makes him happiest in life, he just wishes that witchcraft played a bigger part in that.

actually, in the beginning of minjoon’s streaming career, suwon wasn’t the most supportive. he’d hound joon in a way painfully similar to the way joon’s mother did  (and still does),  telling him that he’s such a gifted witch, that he’s throwing so much away by choosing to focus his life on something that mundanes do. during this time, things were much more tense between the two of them and arguments were not only more frequent, but more serious. it was a rough six or so months but, as minjoon slowly started gaining viewers who engaged with him, it became clearer to suwon that he was genuinely enjoying himself. they made a compromise that yes, joon would continue to stream and suwon would stop trying to change that, BUT joon would engage in witchcraft a bit more. ―and do so less for menial tasks ― suwon wanted to see him actually practicing again, not letting it fall completely to the wayside. since then, their relationship has improved a lot and they've regained the closeness they lost, although they do still butt heads every now and then.
