my very favourite flavour of zosan is when they Do Not Like each other (hostile coworkers) however both are aware (to different degrees, Zoro more than Sanji) of the underlying homoerotic tension whenever they fight but don't act on it (sanji too repressed, zoro doesn't think it's worth it) and the only reason they get along is bc they both share undying devotion to luffy who doesn't like it when they fight
