Don't get ripped off for a travel test to france.... So last night we were doing research for our drive to Slovakia on Covid tests as we need a #lateralflowtest to travel to France. The rip off system that is covid testing for travel is still at it with ridiculous charges for test that cost 50p. However day 2 tests are cheap (£5) and France is accepting these as evidence of negative test (as long as no older than 24hrs) this is stated on the Consulate General of France in London website. https://uk.ambafrance.org/COVID-19-rules-for-travel-between-France-and-the-UK-28918#Vaccinated-people This might also be the case for other countries. We have tested this with recent travel and the certificates of proof of negative test are exactly the same if you are buying day two or fit to Travel!
