AML: “WE HAVE BUILT AN ORGANIZATION THAT TAKES PRIDE IN BRINGING THE VERY BEST OF OURSELVES”
Tumblr media
“A leader must always be authentic, laser-focused on their goals, and people caring,” wise words from the President and CEO of Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Mr. Andres M. Licaros, Jr. on his interview with Healthcare Asia magazine which made him the face of the magazine issue.
Pres. Licaros mentioned that he is a firm believer that every healthcare organization would successfully bring down its costs to provide quality care if they were to consistently pursue programs that improve clinical outcomes, coupled with a digital transformation strategy that guarantees a safer environment and means of providing care at a lower cost leading to better outcomes.

Tumblr media
One of our Nurses, Ms. Alyssa Lungca, was recognized as one of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC) Heroes for 2020 last June 8 at the Board Room of the Executive Office of Asian Hospital.
Nurse Alyssa contracted COVID-19 last year and immediately after recovery, she reported for duty to care for patients admitted in the Intensive Care Unit. This honor given by MPIC reminds everyone, hierarchically speaking, that we must honor our workmates and praise them for their talents and contributions.
MPIC Heroes of 2020 embodies not just the core values of Asian Hospital but all of the traditional Filipino values that everyone was born into. Recognizing the deed and never, not the mistake of our peers will make this world a more peaceful and safe place to live in.
Everyone is reminded that the MPIC Heroes award humbles and encourages us to take action and help those who are need. Recognition of pure heart and kindness is what us human. Being humane hardly ever comes around these days, but being true to oneself will make one stand out and be recognized for the heroic act they have done.
