lgbt lit was funny as hell we spent the first 20 finishing up our fun home discussion and the rest of the time discussing slurs
#also its so funny being who i am because i look like A Vaguely Quiet and Polite Girl Nerd but um. am not all those things.#and. like i cant remember how we got on the topic but my prof mentioned how when we were reading giovannis room he made some comment on#davids body count where he claimed he had only slept with joey prior meeting giovanni and me + one other person were like uh no he didnt#(and acknowledging that he was being a little liar in these moments was integral to my reading/interpretation but i digress)#and i objected with. he was like i was so shocked because you went out right 'when he was sucking dick in an alleyway' and youre a--#then he like straight up referred to me as a 'young lady' LMFAOOO sure. but its like oh hm yeah i can see how that would be unexpected.#then we got onto the topic of tumblr. as we often do as queer 18-20~ somethings. and i mentioned i had one and he was like. ren D:#i know buddy. if the sucking dick comment shocked you you would keel over reading some of the other stuff i post about here.
