Yep, multiple times. I’ve given The Secret History, The Goldfinch, Therese Raquin, a collection of Jane Austen’s books, and Between Shades of Gray.

9. Do you actually check out books that have been recommended for you?

Yes! I beg for book recommendations because I always feel like I don’t know where to start.

12. Do you set annual reading goals? Why or why not?

I used to, but now with the fact that I live on location at my job for 4 days out of the week, it’s really hard to read regularly when all my books are home and I get too nervous about bringing them with me.

18. What was your favourite book when you were 10?

Ella Enchanted, for sure. I’ve read that book so many times, my copy is literally falling apart.
