Mystery bugs in my home and I don't recognize them! I've seen a few around at this point and might make a more formal post about it tomorrow but, mystery bugs below the cut if anyone wants to take a shot at helping me ID them:

Not the best pics but it's got an abdomen with clear markings that make me think either roach or earwig, but photos of the nymphs of either don't seem to be matching up; granted I only looked for maybe 5 minutes and mightve missed something obvious but this guy's not ringing any bells for me

what happened on qsmp purgatory today??? :0 also what’s the prize for winning??? is the winner joining the server?

both teams were told that they would be dissolved and it was every man + molly for themselves. both teams agreed that they would stay teamed until they had literally no other choice. both teams spent their final moments together reminiscing and giving motivational speeches and making sure everyone was equally geared and hanging out together.

final minigame was a multilevel backrooms maze. each level ended with an elevator that only had room for a shrinking number of people each death in the maze (mostly from hunting little guys) sent them back to the start

the first to fall were guaxinim brunim and himaru, three racoons who just got to the elevator late (and goularte who had to leave before the final game for irl reason but got to say goodbye to his friends)

the next level ended with parkour over lava to the elevator. eight survivors, only room for four on the elevator. through the whole maze, both teams are staying in contact with each other, moving as groups, and helping each other at every possible turn

first to the parkour: mike. makes it most of the way and pearls across. quackity, only now realizing ender pearls exist, rules that pearls are banned, but lets it slide for mike because it wasn't in the rules

mike is safe. three spaces left.

second to the parkour: wuant. makes it most of the way and falls at the same spot mike did. while he's frantically guzzling tea and trying to figure out what to do, fellow crow mike places down a boat and wuant gets in and gets to safety

quackity yells at them to stop helping each other but this also isn't against the rules as written so he can't punish them for it.

wuant is safe. two spaces left.

next: cpk actually knows how to make ladder jumps.

cpk is safe. one space left.

badboyhalo arrives at the parkour. badbayhalo also knows how to make ladder jumps, but we don't get to see if he makes them. mike bows him off into the lava and he dies. quackity is shocked but points out there's no rules against this. i get the sense that this is the kind of bullshit he was hoping for someone to pull rather than the other kinds of bullshit mike has been pulling

aldo arrives to the parkour. aldo falls at the ladder jumps and pearls. since quackity had already said in chat that this was illegal, aldo doesn't get a pass for it and the plan is to tp him back to the start of the parkour

while they're doing that, gabe arrives to the parkour. gabe falls at the ladder jumps and pearls. quackity is getting pretty annoyed at this point and spams in chat to not do that but agrees to also tp gabe to the start of the parkour

aldo and gabe are both doing the parkour as close together as they can. they both fail the ladder jumps. the rest of the team can't help this team since trying to help would mean sacrificing their own spot on the way up.

badboyhalo arrives back at the parkour. he starts bowing down aldo and gabe to clear his own path for a second attempt. unfortunately for him, one of the arrows gives aldo the damage boost he needs to claw his way to the elevator side.

aldo is safe. no spaces left.

racoons all perish as does gabe. only crows proceed to the final maze.

this maze is longer and deadlier but honestly not more exciting. there is some minor bullshit because the admins are late to place the doors that actually go to the final room so a couple people turn away from the door once they discover it, but by a stroke of luck, the first people who find the door are also the first people who refind it

those are aldo and wuant. they are the final two survivors. they are stripped of their items and told to fight to the death with their bare hands

at first, they ask what happens if htey refuse. can they win together? quackity says no. they can lose together if they want, but not win. they decide together that the crows deserve to win this so as much as it pains them both they'll fight so that the crows win

they fight. aldo shouts pvp tips to wuant as the blows rain down. this makes the results of their epic predictable.

the winner of purgatory by a 2-0 battle is aldo_geo!!! congratulations!!!

"how do you feel about winning by betraying your friends?" elquackity asks him

"the crows won today, not just me," he replies

the prize is a cool trophy in minecraft, a "winner's package" that they'll be sending to aldo irl, and a lava bath which elquackity describes as a trip to his office to discuss purgatory 3.

Libble "Lilly" Brookstone

Named Libble after her mom's best friend, Libber

(Yes I hc that Cole's mother and Jay's birth mother were besties)

Nicknamed Lilly because she looks exactly like her, they're basically identical apart from the fact that Libble has her dad's eyes

Her family sometimes give her the nickname "Libs" or "Libby"

(Most people acc call her Libby now)

She was the "naughty kid" and she ran away alot

Gave poor Lou lots of stress 😭

The moment Libble turned 13 (abt halfway through Possesion) she started to bunk off school and do stupid things (smoking, dr*gs, that sorta stuff)

She grew up WAY too fast

Like she rly didn't gave a shit abt Cole turning into a ghost or any of that until Day of the Departed

After DotD she had a much needed wake up call (still just age 13 at this point)

She didn't go and visit her home for the holiday and she realised just how much their family had suffered bc of Lilly's passing

So that night Libble cried herself to sleep in the crappy apartment she and her friends were camping out in

a) bc she missed her dad and big bro and b) because she knew she had seriously messed up

The next day she went back to school and finally started making an effort

She realised she really loved sketching and she also had a passion for programming/machinery/tech

She decided she wanted to pursue a career at Borg Industries before she mustered up the courage to go back to live with Lou

She apologised profusely and sobbed and begged for his forgiveness

Lou welcomed her back with open arms

Cole was skeptical of talking to her for a few days but after a week he ended up going back to visit

and he was the happiest he had ever been when he saw his baby sister had truly changed <33

They had a family dinner the following night catching up on things

During the one year gap after Hands of Time she continued to go to school and actually got an education, and regularly stayed in touch with Cole (since he was with Jay looking for Wu)

She met all the ninja just after March of the Oni and decided that Nya was her favourite (after Cole ofc)

After MotM, once Cole returned from Shintaro, his veins up his wrist/arms would sometimes pulse a faint orange. Libble liked to trace them and would always say she wished she was the one with elemental powers as a joke

By the end of Crystalized, Libble is 16!

Aaand that's her story!! Moving on to random facts abt her:

Unlike the rest of her family, Libble can't sing or dance to save her life

She'll stay up all night sketching and sketching and sketching

Cole often calls her "Libbler the Scribbler"

Whenever Lou and the Royal Blacksmiths have a performance, she always makes sure she's on the front row

She used to sh as "punishment" once she returned home, because she couldn't forgive herself for leaving her dad like that

Her classmates called her a freak because of the scars up her arms and the minute Cole found out he was PISSED

She hangs around Chen's Noodle House a lot, and she always orders the same thing: PUFFY POTSTICKERS

She smashed the TV in the monastery of spinjitzu once, because of Kai and Cole beating her in a video-game

Shes usually quite a calm and collected person, but she can also be really loud

Simillar to Lilly's locket, Libble owns a silver locket which pictures her and Cole in one photo, and Lilly and Lou in the other.

Thats all hehe, but I feel like I could've picked a better name, I had literally no ideas 😭😭

(Just to make things clear, each sister doesn't exist in the same universe, these are all gonna be seperate AUs!)
