Now, Blackarachnia was involved in the process of making Shockwave a shifter, yes?? So she has to know about Shockwave being a spy at least a LITTLE, if not 100% knowing that Sentinel is Shockwave now. Which leads to very interesting character interactions in this case

Ohhhh!!! I don't have much but i have some:33 (spoilers for autoboot camp episode and everything after it, beware!)

My number one favs are definitely bulkbee and longbee/shockbee!! I have some more too.I'm still trying to digest tfa and rewatching some episodes, but my favourite episode is definitely autoboot camp, because it has a lot of meaningful interactions between characters

I like bulkbee because it's very cute :33 literally both from romantic and platonic standpoints, they kind of add more to each other's characters. They are very different, but they compare in a very fulfilling way, they complete each other's development as people, and it makes me very happy. They both deserve to be loved and can give it to eachother because they know eachother well, went through a lot together and cemented their relationship. Also bee naps on him no objections

Longbee, on the other hand, is more dramatic/tragic. I would absolutely love to see them be cute together, go on dates in barracks, have first kisses or make presents for each other awkwardly. I once saw a very cute first date fic with them! But the fact of shockwave's mission and the fact that he encouraged bee and gave him affirmation he needed only to complete his plan is destroying. He doesn't belong in autobot ranks. He fakes a whole self. He's far from those he can trust. Does he feel anything for bumblebee? Maybe yes, maybe not. Maybe he can kind of relate to him, as bumblebee was bullied in the autoboot camp and had to fake coolness just to fit in with the others, and shockwave had to fake his autobot morales. Maybe he's disgusted by having to make expressions for bumblebee. Maybe he wants to take him to be a decepticon to stay with him. We don't know what's in his head. I love him

I have some others!! i like prowlbee and prowlbulk, for all those feelings, and i also need the prowlbulkbee poly to be appreciated more because it's so nice and cozy,, also jazzprowl because of their nice interactions and comfort!!

I don't really have any for decepticons. Maybe i like megashock for the drama and beauty? Maybe i like blitznut for their silliness? Tbh i needed more inside interactions for the cons

Tfa is heavier on cross-fraction ships imo. Optimus/blackarachnia is very sad for me, as well as ruining sentinel's relationship with op (from rom or plat standpoint, you choose). Past sentioplita is interesting, I don't go here much though. Also I'm intrigued by lockprowl but not in a rom/plat sense, more in an enemy and revenge and sadness sense

I'm not really into more popular ships here (shockblurr, blitzbee, megop) but i respect them. I just don't really get the dynamics for them as they didn't have much good interactions to me and I'm not sure about how they are portrayed in fan content, but i can enjoy them

And finally. megadac. because it's fucking insane it's so gross and sad and bitter I'm sneezing all over the screen. it's very uncomfortable that's why it intrigues me. They make me cry and cough they need to go to couple counselling or divorce NOW

I really want to write a TFA AU where Optimus goes back for what he thinks is Elita's body after the explosion and after she's already copied the spider so she's already a technorganic. Sentinel freaks out when Optimus brings her back but he convinces Sentinel to get her back to Cybertron to help her. Unfortunately Sentinel contacts the worst possible people (idk who) and when the group gets back they realize what Sentinel did and now Elita's about to be taken to a lab and experimented on. Optimus breaks her out and gets her off Cybertron.

In her pursuit to either 'cure' herself or at least hide her organic half she ends up getting a hologram mod and a mass-shifting mod. unfortunately neither are very useful in combat since they both take a bit of time to function, the hologram mod can only load a few disguises, and the mass-shifting mod can't increase her size and can only shrink her to about 6ft.

She still ends up as Blackarachnia and joins the Decepticons, but she's slightly nicer. She befriends Blitzwing before he becomes a triplechanger and maybe Shockwave? She's still trying to 'fix' her organic half and is still the Decepticon's scientist. Megatron still asks/orders her to make Blitzwing a triplechanger, but after she does enough research to realize what it will do to his mind she refuses. She still sets up Shockwave as Longarm and helps him infiltrate the academy though, since she's not a fan of the Autobots.

Much later during some fight, Blitzwing gets nearly killed with most of his body getting destroyed. Megatron decides it's not worth it to fix him, unless he's modified into a triplechanger. Blackarachnia reluctantly agrees, though she has her suspicions that Megatron might have planed this. her friendship with Blitzwing is very strained after this, and while she knows how messed up the Autobots are, she decides the Decepticons are just as bad and leaves to be a neutral.

She ends up on Earth a few years before the Bridge Crew wake up. She uses her mass-shifting and hologram to disguise herself as a human to explore Detroit, since she's curious about how these small organics seem to work so well with robots. through some convoluted accidents Issac ends up hiring her as Sari's tutor and the two actually become friends. Sari ends up finding out about Blackarachnia's true form but doesn't freak out, to Blackarachnia's surprise. Blackarachnia ends up telling Sari her whole backstory and explains why she's trying to fix herself. Sari thinks Blackarachnia is awesome as she is, and slowly tries to help Blackarachnia accept herself.

after the Bridge Crew wake up and Sari gets her key, she offers it to Blackarachnia and the same organic-destroying wave happens in canon. Blackarachnia sees that it's killing Sari and manages to remove the key. seeing how upset Blacarachnia is after the key didn't work, Sari tells her 'maybe the Allspark dosen't think you need fixing?". much later after Sari finds out she's technorganic Blackarachnia echoes that back to her.

anyway, eventually the bridge crew find out about Blackarachnia and it's very awkward! Mostly for Optimus, the others are more concerned with the fact that Blackarachnia used to be a Decepticon than the fact that she's technorganic.
