bookbinding project for class begun. research underway. i have the supplies, and now i must make decisions.
#feather speaks#we don't have to use original writing we just need to use medieval techniques in regards to the bindings illumination and script#so i think i might write out the lady of shalott by tennyson because we've done le mort d'arthur in class and i think it'd be fun to link#to it again even if los isn't necessarily super based in the main canon#and i like the poem it's pretty and i can do fun related illustrations#but i need to find some solid sources on medieval manuscripts and the techniques#i have a few already from class but a lot of them aren't super useful in regards to practicals
