Lowkey, Now I’m just using your birthday as an excuse for this - because you’ve done so much for this rp behind the scenes, in just this month alone, that you deserve it ( and everything else in the world tbh. ) Also, I’ve been planning this for like two months - how I managed to keep this from you is the eighth wonder of the world.

You reply to every starter, you’re always down to plot &&. you help when it comes to figuring out the plot, bless you. You’re the sweetest ooc. The main is as active as it is because you take on so much responsibility - that somehow you never complain about ?? how are you even real tbh. Treevillehq is lucky to have you &&. I just want to make sure you know that everything you do is being appreciated !! members, we have some more exciting plot news !! admin s &. i have just decided to mix things up a bit. in order to get everyone a little more involved with the plot we will be featuring specific tasks for two muses each month !! ( one muse for the first two weeks, one for the second two ) these tasks will be sent by desmond himself -- you do them &. he promises to keep your secret for a little bit longer. it’s a fair trade, right ? 

this will begin on feburary, so keep an eye out !! 

if at any point your muse has too much going on &. the task would conflict with preexisting plots you had, please let us know, we’d be more than happy to accommodate &. pick someone else !! 

activity will play a major part in who gets chosen. this is a REWARD that will only be given to members who are putting in the effort.

a new rule has been added to our guidelines:

coming online to do just one reply will not qualify as sufficient activity. if you're all caught up on replies, post a new starter, reach out for new plots, or even post a closed starter to ensure that the dash is constantly moving! 

we will be monitoring this closely to ensure that treeville remains as active and inclusive as possible !

A CHARACTER UPDATE HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE RULES:

we will now allow muns to have up to four characters, however -- if you wish to pick up a third or fourth character, please contact the main. from that point, we will evaluate your activity on both of your characters and determine if we feel that you can handle a third / fourth character. (monitoring activity can take up to a month, please keep this in mind) we ask that you have displayed adequate activity on both of your characters before asking for a third / fourth as it will be what we primarily look for. if you are granted permission to pick up a another character, they can be any gender.

to make things a little easier I’ve set up a CALENDAR with past events &. upcoming ones !! this could be used along with our TIMELINE - I’ll be linking the events as well as the tasks as they come to make everything easier to follow !!

here’s a schedule of what to expect this upcoming month in regards to the event, task, &. plot drops !

friday, feb. 1st - character plot drop 1.

friday, feb. 8th - task 4.

friday, feb. 15th - event 8. ( details will be posted wednesday, feb. 13th to give members enough time to plot beforehand ! ) 

monday, feb. 18th - character plot drop 2.

after some deliberation, we’ve decided to lower each ratio to 10 spots each. this means we have only 5 female, 4 male, and 10 non binary spots renaming !! that being said, we will be very closely monitoring activity in this weeks activity cleanout.  

activity, as well as following through with pre-determined plots is the root of what keeps an rp interesting and active. if you’re coming to check us out this week, you may have noticed quite a few roles that didn’t meet our guidelines were &&. will be opened up. treevillehq has been open for almost ten months and we intend to continue going as strong as before!

   that means we need YOU ! active, dedicated members who are looking                            forward to the development of their characters in a safe and inclusive rp environment.

don’t be worried, we do not ask for much !! we even have an activity portion in our rules to make sure it’s easy to follow -- and our ask is always open to answer any questions or concerns you may have before applying !

today, it’s officially been 6 MONTHS since we started accepting applications !! i should have let dee make this post because honestly, i’m at a loss for words. we have been so fortunate to have some of the most incredible and dedicated members in the rpc. treevillehq would not be what it is without every single one you and for that, we can’t thank you all enough !! thank you all for exceeding our expectations by far and truly making us the luckiest admins in the rpc !! happy 6 months &&. here’s to many more !!
