#turning point for harrow literally wasn't deciding to choose alecto over john. that was the backstory#listen to me harrow's character arc does not even center on alecto. that's her side plot#muir listen to me the lobotomy was the turning point#ntn spoilers#tagging before i continue my speech. anyway#if choosing alecto was the most important bit of harrow's character arc then why the intentional contrast between alecto & gideon#why the pool scene but more importantly#why the lobotomy?????#literally why the lobotomy if harrow hadn't decided gideon was more important than her religion. why would she go back to her body at the#end of ntn#okay and another thing! if we consider nona wanting to be forgiven by hot sauce. harrow being forgiven by gideon#harrow is nona there. harrow alecto parallels right#so then u add that gideon is john's child & currently in her villain arc#hear me out harrow alecto gideon john parallels#+ harrow in hell#gideon's going to have the choice to let her go & is going to do it. unlike john. but harrow is going to choose gideon. unlike alecto#who is going to reject john & live her hotgirl life without him#i'm connecting the dots#okay maybe i went off track there at the end we're ignoring that#the point is. harrow's characterization is different if you take away the lobotomy. but not necessarily if u take away alecto#i'm dying on this hill harrow is not ending up with alecto i will be vindicated!!!!!!!!
