ive been selfshipping myself with them sincee... october of 2022 maybe! i cant rememer when, but i do remember it was sometime before my birthday, because i found some comfort in them after my beloved papaws passing that same day <33 so they mean quite a bit to me even if i pretend otherwise :')

oli doesnt have many petnames for the boys, but oh. my. god. it never ends with them. "princess, cutie, beautiful, elfy (earns them a punch), Любимая (darling), Meine Taube (my dove), Elfchen (little elf) (earns him a punch)" and just whatever they can come up with

the longest? about 5-6 months because of oliver and childes jobs,,, anything longer than three weeks is unnacceptable for all three of them

hu tao calls oli her butterfly! (ty for the idea vi), 我的心肝 (my heart), and sometimes she makes up stuff...like calling oliver a kitty because she really is just a big cat <//3 Oli isn't too big on endearments, but when she uses them, it's usually stuff from her home back in mondstat :]

oliver tries not to be gone so long, but the highest for them was only a couple of months, and hu tao was already in her arms the moment she came into view sdfsdkfjsd

venti is BIG on endearments. in both mondstatian and regular teyvatian tongue (or is it just called english helP), as he knows that oli will get flustered either way. and seeing her bashfully look away is always so cutehfdjg <33

royalty au + love confession with risotto? 🥺

This concept has strong Shakespeare vibes, and being the nerd I am, that's what I'm going with.

The play I'm basing this off is called the Tempest, and to give a long story short, it's about a king who loses his family due to his own tyranny, and in a final act of grief-fuelled anger sends his baby daughter into exile (or maybe the sailors were meant to kill her? I don't remember). The titular tempest then rolls around and the baby is found on the coast by a shepherd who raises her. As an adult she then falls in love with a prince, much to the ire of the prince's dad, but then the original King, now deeply repentant, comes back and recognises the daughter, meaning she's a princess and can marry the prince, and all is well and the Queen comes back to life for reasons that are never explained.

Anyway: Risotto. Basing off the story of the Tempest he is naturally the prince and (Y/N) the exiled princess. I'm gonna have them be childhood friends in this version too because I'm a sucker for that trope as well. As well as playing out in the fields Risotto also sneaks (Y/N) back to the palace a few times so she can witness royal life, finding it very nostalgic for reasons she can't remember.

As for how the plot develops, I'm gonna diverge from the play and have the princess' father (Diavolo) return before there's any overt romance between her and Risotto. (Y/N) is actually not at all happy to be reunited with her father as he left her in a storm to die and with no marriage plot yet existing, the King wants to take the princess back home and make her leave her life behind, which is of course unnacceptable.

Risotto and (Y/N) decide to run away together. They go by boat and run into a Tempest because symbolism and there's a whole big adventure getting them to somewhere safe. It's this that brings about the romantic connection, and finally at the end after finding somewhere unaffiliated with either kingdom and settling down in a small but homely cottage, they confess their love to each other.
