my new boss is apparently a hugger, bought me my favorite tea, and just spent a half hour in here actually talking to me. i’m so used to the aloofness of my old boss that all this socialisation is almost overwhelming.

#top this off with one of my coworkers signing off an email with 'love you!' this morning and i'm a Mess #i'm too introverted for thisssss #the old boss thought i never spoke; this one is learning that if you get me on the right topic i never shut up #we spent a sold 10 minutes just discussing the teaching methodology between our boys' versus girls' programme #and then the rest of the time we're sitting there rambling about our adventures and how each city has a different scent #i actually really /like/ him and i feel like there's a chance i may actually get to /do more/ with him as a supervisor #i do so little at this job; there's a reason i'm always fucking around on tumblr #he definitely wants me to take on more duties and i am so down for it; we just have to get some more ducks in a row #this post is pointless i just needed to get the excess energy out of my system #hello friends!#shut up ace #delete later #<- not that we ever doooo
