I'm watching soooo much adventure time. I play it all day while doing my tasks. I played it while I baked a cake

I'm a huge fan and almost never get any#so I was like. well. what the heck. make some!!!#I've never watched the show all the way through before and I'm on#well hbo max says it's season 5 episode 43 is that right? that many episodes in one season??#season 3 only had 26 episodes. season 5 is so incredibly long#but this show really is a specific type of art#I love the music. and the backstory behind each character#and how everyone is awkward and makes mistakes and doesn't always know how to say sorry#but so many of the main cast are eternally existing beings they live on this scale of like.#it can take decades to say sorry. to say sorry and mean it#it can take hundreds of years.#the whole point where everybody deserves to live if they aren't dedicating their entire existence to murder or something like that#like how there's characters like the lemons that are so annoying and doing messed up stuff#but because they're alive everyone is still trying to help them live and work through their problems anyway#it's so interesting coming from a hero story. where it's presented like the traditional 'hero kills beasts' thing#but a lot of the time they end up chilling with the beasts. I think it's interesting how it's presented I guess???#idk these aren't really accurate to my thoughts and feelings#but it's 1:30 am I just spent a bunch of time doing dishes and baking a cake. i sleep now
