i've been done with school for just over a week now and my orthostatic hypotension is back! yay!
#she speaks#when i was a child and hadn't developed my anxiety disorder yet#and i went from lying down to standing up too fast#i would go fully blind for a few seconds#as an adult it doesn't get that bad (presumably because my base blood pressure is higher) but i get dizzy when i stand up after bending dow#to e.g. tie my shoes#this disappearing is the first psychosomatic sign of me being really stressed out#and it's been gone since september now lmao#but i just bent down to pet nimbus and got just a little light-headed when i stood back up. and that made me happy#nature is healing!!!! by which i mean my blood pressure is coming back down#otoh i've gained so much weight that it's got to have raised my blood pressure. i'm obese class II baybey#lorv that for me#bad brains blogging
