Hey friends! Yesterday we had to bring one of our cats in for emergency surgery because he ate something he wasn't supposed to. I'll leave the details out of this post for comfort's sake, but it's included in the link below. Unfortunately, the cost of his surgery wiped out the money we had set aside to fix my mom's car muffler, which we need to get done to pass inspection. Halvesy is home safe and sound now with his new fashion statement cone, we just need a little help starting up the car fund again.

He's a very good boy. Everyone we talked to at the vet hospital today said he was a fan-favorite with all the staff and told us how sweet and adorable he is. Just look at that lil pink tongue.
