I swear to god the weather is evil atm
#I was thinking the other day 'damn it's been so cold usually around now there's a stretch of really hot days'#think like 30+ horribly humid and it was hell having to wear wool blazers because it had to hit blood temp before you didn't have to wear em#well. you didn't have to wear them most of the day but heading to and from school which there's a lot of tarmac around here#lots of trees too but especially that stretch is concrete heavy#AND usually during the midday daily event#assemblies and the like#so I was thinking 'HUH those lucky bastards that never happened to us'#because like. it's been relatively cold enough that next door lit their fire#I knew this because the smoke was blowing into my window#made my room smell#I don't mind woodsmoke smell since I did grow up with it but oh boy was it overwhelming!#anyway! it's two am eighteen and a half degrees with eighty-four percent humidity#THE TEMPERATURE WENT UP IN THE PAST HOUR AND A HALF THAT'S BULLSHIT#eugh#I do not cope with heat. and before anyone says that I'm tasmanian it doesn't get hot#you only see the hobart temps and often they're cooler than everywhere else except strahan#so yeah it's hot it can be hotter here than in melbourne and I am not built for that#I PREFER melbourne hot tbh
