Finally built up enough energy to clean my damn room and already it looks so much better.

The stress levels are going downnnnnnn

Things are getting harder to romanticize....I'll get back up eventually though. I'm just in a tough spot mentally at the moment, I think going in the public again after so long of not doing it really got to me...

2 days after going into the public for the first time in 10 months and I still have zero energy to exercise....ugh. it was just a doctor's visit and even two days later I'm still recovering.... why am I like this...

The amount of people that don't know how body composition works makes my eye twitch.

Umm maybe because muscle is more dense and compact than fat...? And her body is not the same as yours????
