You bring up such a lovely point about how others on here that have silently influenced you (the BTS story). I often think back to this one blog that was live posting from the Forum when Harry had the TPWK PR event and they were giving away tickets. I messaged them and they said I should come down because not many people had showed up. Ended up getting tickets. I believe they gave up their blog eventually and I wish I could remember the name now. When I looked it up once, it had been claimed by a florist or something. Anyway, I very much appreciate them and hope they are doing well.
yours sounds like an even lovelier story! i always love hearing how people first entered fandom (or fell out of it!) because i’ve been part of it for most of my life too. i have so many precious memories that only fandom was and will be able to give me. makes me emotional really!
