I think I'm freaking out too easily

like, now is 1:12 am in my place, and yet I'm still doing my art homework and I still haven't finished four or five idk how many pages, like I wanna sleep rn but my homeworks are important too but I already haven't slept for two or three days working all the time almost non stop and I really need some rest but thinking of what my art teacher will say and punish me and that is super horrifying and mean literally. I want my health and also my grades bit wtf why can't I get both now, and now I'm losing focus already??? I can't even sit on my seat for a minute and ended up looking everywhere or lost in my imagination, I can't even look at my homework for ten seconds??? Fr I don't wanna lose any grades but also and definitely not my health either because I losing too much already.
