yesterday i went and looked at myself in the mirror and called myself all the awful shit that nobody would ever actually call me

“faggot” featured pretty heavily

i think i wish a lot of times that they would have said it. that somebody would have called me the names or hit me.

“pathologize” is a great word. making something into a disease is a really easy way to make people feel like if they just cut it out of themselves they’ll be okay again, like they can trust you when you act kind to them and just hate this one little part of them

it lets you be sweet and gentle while you poison somebody so they don’t even know it’s happening until they’re already dying

i think it’s better to be stabbed than smothered with a pillow honestly

so it’s nice to actually hear the words, hear what it sounds like when somebody hates you straight out without covering it up in lies about how they love you really
