On Empire Beach sits Robert H. Manning Memorial Lighthouse. A cute little light house that I believe is no longer in service. It was such a beautiful morning I had to take advantage of waking up early. I headed out to Belle Isle and got these gorgeous photos as the sun was coming up 😊 Taken just a few mins apart, which do you like more? The darker day break or the golden hour sunrise?

Sunrise at Halmich Park. Such a great community park with plenty space for any activity. The 4 way Baseball Diamonds were always interesting to me and seeing them from this perspective is something else :)

I was able to get up to Halmich Park this morning for sunrise. It was brisk but it was worth it. There was a lot of cloud cover so I didn't get any shots of the sunrise but I was able to get this amazing shot of the tennis courts.

An oxbow in the Au Sable River. I love seeing the shapes and patterns from the air. Walking through the woods I never would have known I was right next to this :)

After a great day of drone flying and hiking in the woods it was nice to sit back with my friends and enjoy some @properwhiskey. First time trying it. Would highly recommend it if you are a fan of sipping on Irish whiskey! Definitely going to be on my shelf along with my @bunnahabhain, @bulleit, @suntorywhisky, and @glenmorangie whiskeys.

Sunset on the Au Sable River. The way the trees were glowing and the wind was so calm. It was the perfect time to fly :)

As we hiked through the woods we found this really cool ridge over looking the Au Sable River. This was such a scenic area and I'm glad we got to chill here for a while and enjoy the view :)

I was able to fly my drone around this past weekend and got a couple great aerial shots of the Au Sable River. This is a bend in the river just NW of the M-72 Bridge and Smith Bridge. You can tell we are soon getting to fall as some of the trees have started to change!

A portal into another world. It's amazing when you can capture reflections in the water on a calm day :)
