A full showcase of my Joe fawkes cosplay!

As always I'm trying to explain everything the best as I can. This cosplay was made in spring of 2024 and it only took me a few days to make.

The head:

It's made out of cardboard, eva foam, velcro, plastic mesh and acrylic paint. The reciever is removable. It was the first time I ever added bandaids to a phone head and I think it turned out pretty cool. I mainly added these, because I headcanon that Joe got into a lot of fights (mostly with abel). The stickers were added, because why not.

The suit:

This suit is actually very old, because according to the tag on the inside of the jacket it was made before the 90s. I got this from my grandpa over a year ago.

The tie and the shirt:

The shirt is the same one I use for most of my phone guy cosplays. The tie is from my very big tie collection (I have probably over 15 ties at this point). I really like the pattern on this one.

The shoes:

These are the same ones I use for my steven cosplay. They sure have seen better days. I'm actually afraid of the soles falling off, while walking in those. I mainly choose these for this cosplay, because Joe would totally wear shoes until they literally fall apart.

The badges and the bracelet:

The nametag is just some cardboard piece with a safety pin on the back. I got this golden badge for my william afton cosplay, but when I started cosplaying the dsaf phone guys I decided to use it for these cosplays too, because it fits so well with these characters. I won this bracelet years ago at my local village party. I decided to use it for this cosplay, because of a headcanon that joe and harry used to wear matching bracelets a lot.

Headcanons about him:

☆He used to work at fredbear's, but after his accident he got stuck in the springlock suit.

☆when he was 12 he changed his name from cain to leandro, because he wanted to leave his past behind.

☆he is quite a smart guy since he managed to repair himself and he gave himself a 3rd arm to be stronger.

☆since abel saw his accident, he refuses to wear a springlock suit since then.

What do you guys think about this concept?

A full showcase of my Dialtown! Abel cosplay

I'm trying to explain this the best I can and keep in mind that this outfit is mainly based on headcanons.

The head:

It's made out of cardboard, plastic mesh, an old shoelace and some magnets. The reciever is removable and I have a good vision when wearing this. The only downside is that it's a bit tight, but not too tight. I also use this one for the dsaf version of the character.

The shovel:

It's made out of an old halloween prob and cardboard. I can also take it apart and put it back together, so it's easier to storage.

The jacket:

I got this jacket at a costume store and decided to customize it. I sewed on some patches out of fabric scraps and I hand emboidered some details, like the ferris wheel on the back. Since the old buttons were to flimsy I replaced them with some fancy gold ones. I also cut some holes and used watered down acrylic pain to make it look dirty and weathered down. I also used a marker to write crungus on the back, because I headcanon that little billy wrote on his jacket to make him angry.

The pants:

These were some old suit pants I thrifted for 2 €. I cut 2 holes in the knee area, I added some patches and used watered down acrylic paint to make it look dirty. I also added a extra belt loop for the belt.

The belt and susbenders:

The belt used to be from my old jotaro kujo cosplay and I got these susbenders from a 1€ store.

The tie and the shirt:

The shirt was also thifted and the tie is fully handmade out of ponybeads.

The shoes and the gloves:

Sadly I can't show you the gloves in this post, because of picture limit. But the gloves are some thin white gloves, where I sewed 2 black spots on top to make it more cartoonish looking. The boots were pretty expensive even if they were bought second hand. I also used some spraypaint to make them look like paws, because why not. I do wear these even out of cosplay for colder days.

Yapping about Abel.

Always remember it's my opinion and it's not meant to hate on anyone. I'm simply doing this rant, because I like this character since 2019.

I always find it really sad that he is mischaracterized by the fandom, like he is some arrogant mr. Krabs wannabe or like some flat villain, who does evil stuff because he can. In reality he is a man who was blinded by his grief, because he lost someone very close to him (scott). Which caused him to do the things he did. If he truely didn't care, he wouldn't have created the phone guy Ai and the scott memorial machine in the first place. All of his effort has been put into the goal of bringing scott back. As a fictionkin of this character it feels kind of disheartning. That's why I wrote a full story on my laptop's writing program to fully flesh him and the other og phone guys out, just to tie up loose ends based on how I think thier full story was. I also found it kinda sad that he got one of the worst downgrades in media, which is in Dialtown. He could have had so much potential. For example he could have protected the funfair and the eggs from gingi and norm in chapter 3. That's why dialtown! Abel is only my 3rd favorite character, because of wasted potential, but I really liked his cameo in the roger Dlc, because he finally got more screentime. Mainly because I think he deserves more screentime to show how he truely is. One of my positives some quotes that the character said, like "wham bam! Thank you, ma'am!", which makes me chuckle everytime. I also like his design in dialtown, mainly because I like the color purple and because it reminds me of william afton, which suits him. I also really like cosplaying both versions and I also draw him a lot to express my fictionkin identity. All and all I don't hate this character. I just don't like that he is mischaracterized and got downgraded in dialtown. I hope that this potential will be fully used in the future, which is unlikely.

Some headcanons about Abel from someone who happens to kin him.

I just wanted to share some of my headcanons about him. Feel free to share your headcanons as well. Tw! Some of these are a bit dark.

☆he goes by he/ him pronouns and he clearly has a crush on everett, but he is too scared to ask him out.

☆he is german and he moved to the US with his family when he was a pre teen.

☆since he had lost his family at the age of 14,so he sees scott as a father figure.

☆he doesn't like joe because he reminded him of his brother.

☆he likes metal music and thus he goes to the waken festival every year. He also collects patches from his favorite bands and sews them to one of his jackets.

☆he sometimes teaches scott german swear words without giving him an explanation to them. So scott uses these german swear words a lot without knowing what they mean and abel always tries his best not to laugh. Until a random intern explained to scott all of the words abel taught him. Scott wasn't happy about it.

☆he always writes his comany logs in the font times new roman, because he thinks it's ✨fancy✨.

☆he has a soft spot for cats and plushies.

☆He actually owns a black maine coon cat named Jens junior.

A full showcase of my Callum Crown cosplay.

I'm trying to explain everything the best as I can. This cosplay took me a few weeks and I finished it earlier this year, so like in febuary.

The head:

It's made out of cardboard and thin eva foam. The screws are made out of googley eyes. Painting that thing took me the longest since the gold, brown and silver paint were really cheap. So the quality wasn't that good and I had to paint like 5 layers. I used some plastic mesh so I can actually see. On the inside is also a chin strap. The reciever is removable and the dial can spin. On the side is a small button to erase memories (not really).

The suit and the shirt:

I got the suit during a shopping trip to venlo (netherlands) from a costume store and they had some stuff on sale. The shirt is the same one that I use for my roger cosplay.

The tie and the suspenders:

I got the tie from a thrift shop and I got the suspenders from the local fair I went years ago.

The hand:

It was originally made for a mr. Compress (mha) cosplay, but after my mha phase stopped I just had this on a shelf and when I decided to cosplay callum I just modified it. It's fully made out of eva foam, cardboard, scrap fabric, an old skeleton glove and some wires.

The shoes:

They are made from some sport shoes that I don't wear anymore, some old yoga mats and silver spray paint. I also added some small metal pieces on the bottom of the shoes to make my footsteps sound different.

A full showcase of my roger cosplay.

Here is a full showcase of my roger cosplay and I'm trying to explain everything about this.

The head:

It's made out of cardboard, acrylic paint, some googley eyes (for the screws), plastic mesh and more random stuff. The hat is removable, because I added velcro. On the inside is a chin strap to prevent it from falling of easy. When I'm wearing it, I can see through the dial ,because it's made from plastic mesh.

The suit and the white shirt:

I got this like a few years ago and it was originally for a all for one (mha) cosplay, because the suit is so old it's a bit oversized on me.

The tie and the bag:

I got this while I went thrifting. I bought this bag extra for this cosplay, so it's more accurate.

The shoes:

These ones were a gift from my grandpa, because he didn't want those shoes anymore.

The pins:

I like to give my cosplays some accessories. So I gave him pins that match his character. 2 of them are made by me. The tiny gnome pin I got from a trip to the netherlands. It was a prize for part taking in a random activity that you could book at the camping place I was at.

I got a new tie and bag for my roger cosplay.
