This. Watched it yesterday and it's one of those movies that knows what it wants to do and executes it perfectly. Even when things went over my head, I could tell it was done with intention.

Sinners is what happens when directors are allowed to experiment with the genres like a horror musical that puts you in a trance and makes you question your existence while also being campy and funny but also breathtakingly beautiful but also haunting and terrifying? Yes please I literally did not want to leave the theater I wanted to just stay there and keep watching it over and over

Today’s Problematic Ship is the NCL Salten

NCL Salten is 135 m container ship. Early morning local time on May 22, 2025, she ran aground in Trondheimsfjord, Norway, only a few metres from area man Johan Helberg’s home, where Helberg was sleeping.

“If it had hit five meters to the left, it would have slid up the rocks and my house would probably have looked completely different,” Helberg told Norwegian media NRK.

One time I applied for a job at an amusement park and got a multiple choice question "How do you feel about wasps?". Options were "I hate them can't deal with them" and "I have no problem with them at all". Call me crazy, but I think most people have a more nuanced opinion of wasps.
