Just writing to document that today was the last day of the most toxic job of my entire life. I am SO much happier without it holy shit

It’s honestly kinda nuts how having 4 extremely bad years of depression, stress, heartbreak, anxiety and loss has prepared me for nearly complete calm during this moment.

And all I can think is how many people are unprepared. And how much I’m not thankful for those 4 years.
