Eggs have been symbols of fertility, new life and resurrection in old Egypt, antique Greece and Rome. In spring the Romans and Greeks have colored eggs as presents and decorated their homes with them. Christians celebrate the resurrection of Christ. Jewish communities celebrate Pessach, the liberation from Egyptian slavery. Have some nice and sunny days, whatever and however you celebrate.
