i think everyone has a situation in their life where you were so down that you would have done every thig just to get this one thing out of your head some people solve it with cigreten, drugs, alcohol, etc. you should be able to talk about how you feel and not be ashamed. I don't want to make any motivational quotes, it's just my opinion and you're free to say your opinion, regardless of whether you don't understand or sympathize with that.
