Overall story description: After being returned home Danny Gonzalez works to find the rat that kidnapped him, and in the process discovers disturbing secrets about the workings of the government, and finds they may have had a hand in his abduction. What will he do after learning about their plans? Will he find Marcelle? Will he save all of his friends?

"Jarvis is gone! They kidnapped him!!!"

Danny gasped! "What! How? I thought it was safe here!" Danny exclaimed. "Well, it turns out there was an imposter and while Jarvis was distracted they kidnapped him!" Amy cried, "It was all caught on our security cameras."

"We have to find who did this and take revenge!" Drew said. "We do have security camera footage of the whole thing, but we don't recognize who did it." Amy said. "Is there any way we can help find him?" Jordan asked. "Well, yes"

Amy led them to a dark room with at least thirty screens. All of the screens were playing Danny Gonzalez videos. "Hello Ms. Tech person can you please play the footage of Jarvis being kidnapped please." Amy asked politely. "Oh, um, s-sure" She said, clearly star struck from Danny's presence.

"Now, see if any of you can recognize who was kidnapping Jarvis." Amy frowned. The video began to play on all thirty screens.

Jarvis was walking down a large hall, and was talking to himself, "How am I supposed to find Gooby in the Siberian taiga? I guess I should buy one of those big jackets." He mumbled, staring at his phone. When suddenly a man emerged!

He was holding a butterfly net but the perfect size for a Jarvis and had a rat costume under his arm. He snuck up behind Jarvis and quickly put the net over his head! "What is going on!" He yelled! "If you cooperate I will give you expensive items!" The man said.

"No! I don't want expensive items right now! I need to help my friend!" Jarvis said. Honestly Jarvis seemed more irritated than afraid. "You must wear this rat costume." The man said, "I have to deliver you in the rat costume! I will get a commission if I do!" Jarvis and the man struggled more, mostly pushing and shoving. "Okay, okay!" Jarvis huffed, "If I cooperate will you stop pushing me and take this net off my head?" The man nodded and took the net off of Jarvis's head.

"Where are you taking me?" Jarvis asked. The man came closer, looked around them in a paranoid manner, and whispered to Jarvis the location he was taking him! The man moved back, "Now, put on the rat costume!" The man said annoyed.

"Can I just wear the hat? It's too hot to wear a rat costume like that." The man nodded again and Jarvis put on the rat hat. "Follow me!" The man said, and Jarvis followed him, but as the two of them began to walk away Jarvis turned his head and looked directly at the security camera! He then mouthed something, and then walked away. The video ended, and the screen faded to black.

"I can't believe this!" Danny cried. Everyone was very upset seeing something so horrible. "Jarvis must be terrified." Eddy blubbered, barely holding back tears. "Get it together! We have to find this freak!" Kurtis commanded, also barely holding back tears.

"So, does this mystery man happen to ring a bell with any of you?" Amy asked, "Anything?" All of them looked at each other, and everyone was quiet. Amy sighed, "It's okay guys. We'll find him."

Danny looked around, and saw all of his friends being distraught. He had no idea what to do. They all walked out of the room and went their separate ways. He just walked around the base thinking about everything that had happened.

He thought about how it was all his fault. If he hadn't asked Jarvis to hunt Gooby, none of this would have ever happened. He thought about the rat suits, and sparkling water.. He thought about how afraid Jarvis must be, being kidnapped and all, and somehow he found himself at a large window in the rebel base.

He looked at all of the dirt, sand, and the sun. Not much to look at, they were in the desert after all. Danny stared at the sun. "I wonder if Jarvis is staring at the same sun I am.." He thought. He then saw a plane go by. He was suddenly reminded of what had happened to him.

Being kidnapped, being forced to wear the rat costume, gross La Croix flavours, and the rainforest. He remembered all of the times he didn't know what to do, or wanted to give up, but then he also remembered after all of those times a strong motivation, a strength, overtook him. The times adrenaline filled his veins, and electricity his bones. Relentlessness. He has to make this right.

He was going to save Jarvis, no matter what it took, and end this war

Once, and for all.

Chapter 6: ANOTHER SHOCK ANNOUNCEMENT BY SIDE CHARACTER?! *KIDNAPPED?* 😖

Overall story description: After being returned home Danny Gonzalez works to find the rat that kidnapped him, and in the process discovers disturbing secrets about the workings of the government, and finds they may have had a hand in his abduction. What will he do after learning about their plans? Will he find Marcelle? Will he save all of his friends?

"I've made my decision." Danny stood at the end of the table across from Chad Chad, who was sitting at the head of the table. "What is it? I don't have all day. I have to make it to the pilates class I'm leading." She said.

"I hope I don't regret this." He thought. He breathed in and then out heavily, "I've decided to be the symbol of this rebellion.'' Chad Chad had a straight face, Amy and Radio Rebel had a large grin, and to say everyone else was flabbergasted would be an understatement!!!

Everyone suddenly started clapping, including Drew, Kurtis, Jarvis, Jordan, Nick, and Eddy who all joined Danny for emotional support. Ryan Trahan was there too over video chat. They did collab once and he wasn't busy that day!

"Well, we will start your training tomorrow," She said. Danny nodded and tried to lead all of his friends out of the room down the large confusing hallway filled with mirrors. And after about 4 hours they managed to find their way back to the rebel base living room.

It was Danny's favourite place to lounge during the day because usually no one would be there other than his friends because all of the other people would be busy doing "war" or whatever. All of them sat down on the big comfy couch.

"Alright, bye Ryan!" They all said. Ryan finally hung up. He was not very helpful in getting them out of that long hallway, but regardless he stuck with them through it all. Truly a good fellow. "So, how are you feeling Danny? Do you need anything?" Jarvis asked sympathetically. Danny was drenched in sweat and had a seemingly permanent face of pure fright.

"Yeah actually. Can you find Gooby? I think his presence would really make me feel better." Danny smiled sadly. "Um, yeah sure I guess." Jarvis responded, "Do you have a home address?" Danny shook his head, "Work address?" Danny shook his head again. "City?" Danny shook his head again. "I think he lives somewhere deep in the Siberian taiga." Kurtis added. Everyone agreed in unison except for Jarvis who sat there with a puzzled look

"Thanks for the help buddy! Can you find him before tomorrow? I need his emotional support as soon as possible." Danny smiled. "Um... I- Yeah sure." He said, gingerly leaving the room as if not knowing if he was actually leaving.

"So now what?" Nick asked. "We could watch something on Netflix." Drew suggested. "No! Let's play Truth or Dare!" Kurtis demanded. Everyone anonymously agreed and formed a circle on the ground. "Danny! Truth or dare?" Kurtis asked. "Um... Truth!" Kurtis closed his eyes and thought really hard about what to ask Danny.

"Who is your best friend in the whole wide world?" He asked eagerly. "I would have to say Drew." Danny replied, looking at Drew and smiling. "Drew! Truth or Dare!" Danny said happily. "Dare." Drew giggled in excitement. "Recite the chorus of one of my songs!" He said. "Oh easy! ♪ I ghosted Kevin Jonas, not responding to his texts! I'm too busy getting checks, you're impressed! Cause I ghosted Kevin Jonas! I'm not even tryna flex, cause he's probably so perplexed, yeah he's stressed. Cause I ghosted Kevin Jonas! ♪"

Drew got up to take a bow and everyone clapped for him. "Bravo! Bravo!" Everyone cheered. Then everyone calmed and sat back down from their standing ovation. "Nick! Truth or Dare?" Drew asked. "Truth!" Nick replied enthusiastically.

"What's your biggest darkest secret!" Drew laughed. Nick's face darkened and the energy in the room completely changed. Everyone suddenly became very afraid. "I- I have to go." Nick ran away.

"Eddy! Truth or Dare!' Drew laughed. "Dare!" He seemed very excited. "Do a backflip!" Drew said in a sassy manner. "I don't know if this is a good idea. I think that's too hard." Jordan said. Eddy got up and suddenly had a look in his eye like he was a robotic boyfriend in How to Build a Better Boy and his programmed mission was to do a backflip. "No, I can do this." He said epically.

"This seems dangerous... you could really hurt yourself." Jordan warned. Kurtis got his phone out, "Backflip! Backflip! Backflip!" He chanted. Eddy suddenly did a perfect backflip!!! Everyone cheered in excitement! Eddy was so happy he did another backflip, and another, and another! Everyone was so delighted they started throwing money at him! "Backflip!" They all chanted. After about 30 minutes of Eddy backflipping and cheers, everyone sat down.

"Jordan! Truth or Dare!" Eddy exclaimed out of breath from his display of strength. "Dare I guess... but don't make me do any extreme examples of the physical capabilities of man." He said concerned.

Eddy wasn't sure what to say now. He went into a group huddle with everyone to brainstorm what to make Jordan's dare. After about 15 minutes they came up with the perfect dare!

"Prank call Jarvis!" Eddy giggled, barely able to say the words without cracking up completely. "Alright." Jordan got out his phone and called Jarvis up.

He tried and tried, but kept only getting voicemail! "He must be out busy trying to hunt Gooby." Kurtis said, "that can be pretty exhausting, trust me." Suddenly, Amy busted through the door with a face of pure terror!

"Jarvis is gone! They kidnapped him!!!"

Chapter 5: Dan Dan *I'M TIRED!!!* 🔥😴 (I named this chapter after 3 days of all nighters.)

Overall story description: After being returned home Danny Gonzalez works to find the rat that kidnapped him, and in the process discovers disturbing secrets about the workings of the government, and finds they may have had a hand in his abduction. What will he do after learning about their plans? Will he find Marcelle? Will he save all of his friends?

"The symbol of the rebellion?" Danny said. He was completely and utterly shocked! He knew that they wanted him to take part in the rebellion, but be the symbol of it? "Yes," Chad Chad responded, "We want you to be the symbol of the rebellion. You are very funny and you were the first that the government targeted. We think it would be fitting for you to lead the fight in this war. Well, at least have it appear that way."

Danny was thinking about so many things, he could barely think! They say the brain can only process 40 things at once, but right now he was processing 100!

"Wait, can I think about this. I think I need to have a heart to heart with my friends before I decide anything." Danny said. Chad Chad aka leader of the rebellion had a frowny face on.

"I don't know. This is kind of time sensitive. I would like to know before..." she looked at her associates, and it seemed to Danny they were having full conversations with just their eyes alone! This lasted about 20 minutes as they argued. But the only sounds that could be heard were faint "nuh uhs" and "uh huhs." And then finally it seemed like they made their conclusion. "We'll give you until sunrise tomorrow." She said. Danny was shocked and the look on his face made that clear.

"Hey, you're lucky to have the time we gave you. This is really important stuff." She said. Danny nodded, "Thank you Chad Chad." He walked out of the room and down the narrow unfamiliar hallway.

How could he possibly decide if he wanted to be the symbol of a rebellion in 10 hours? He had to think long and hard about this, but by the time he found his way back to the cafeteria 2 hours were already shaved off of his 10 hour decision period. Those hallways are really bendy like a maze, and the mirrors on the walls didn't help his confusion.

He saw his friends who were now not only oohing and awing over nutcracker guy, but.. Jordan Adika! "How nice! Kurtis and Jordan in the same day." He thought. But seeing Jordan and Jarvis together really reminded Danny about his time rolling in the deep. He shivered at the thought.

"Hey Jordan" Danny fake smiled. He was happy to see Jordan of course, but not so happy about his predicament with the Commit to the Bit Group. "Everything okay Danny?" Jordan asked. "Yeah why? Of course I'm okay! Why wouldn't I be okay? Do I look not okay?" Danny said in a paranoid manner. "Well you're doing a bit of face and now you're yelling." Jordan said. He seemed very concerned about Danny.

"What.. I'm not!" Danny only grinned wider. "Yeah! He always looks like that!" Kurtis chuckled, gesturing his arm to Danny. He was standing uncomfortably straight and had a large smile on his face. But not a normal smile, an unnerving clearly fake smile. "I don't know... are you sure you're okay Danny?" Drew added. "Yep! Gotta go!" Danny did a thumbs up and then ran away at a high speed.

He went back to his room, closed the door, and sat on his bed. He saw nutcracker guy sitting on a chair in the corner reading To All the Boys I've Loved Before. "Oh, hey nutcracker guy," Danny said solemnly "I hope your day was better than mine." He tiredly smirked, but it slowly became a frown. "Sorry to hear that nutcracker guy. You'll have an opportunity to bond with your stepson Cristopher some other time." Danny said.

He heard the door open, and it was Drew. "Hey." He said. "Hey." Danny said. "Are you okay? You seemed kinda weird before." Drew asked. "I was just asked to be the symbol of this rebellion... I don't know what to do." Danny cried.

"Do you want to do it?" Drew asked. Danny thought for a moment. "I think so... but don't you think it would put a target on my back?" He said. "Oh yeah for sure. But it's for the betterment of the country. It depends if you're willing to make that sacrifice."

Drew smiled at Danny, "I'll leave you alone to think this through." He said, closing the door behind him as he left. Danny started making a pro and cons list in his head when Drew came back only a few moments later.

"I need nutcracker guy. Jarvis and Jordan want him to be a guest on the newest episode of Sad Boyz." Drew said, grabbing nutcracker guy and then swiftly leaving the room again.

Chapter 4: Shock explanation by eyes at end *WHO'S HERE???* 🤪

Overall story description: After being retuned home Danny Gonzalez works to find the rat that kidnapped him, and in the process discovers disturbing secrets about the workings of the government, and finds they may have had a hand in his abduction. What will he do after learning about their plans? Will he find Marcelle? Will he save all of his friends?

After finding out about the rebellion Danny had felt a little bit better. There were a lot of people that were dedicated to protecting him and others that he cared about. He had been brought to the rebel base.

He hadn't been told much about anything other than the basics, and wasn't certain what was going to happen to him now that he was there. Would he hide out here until the rebellion had achieved their goal? Or would he help the rebellion with their efforts?

Drew was with the rebellion now as well as some of his other friends which comforted him. Originally he had been concerned with Chad Chad being head of the FBI but he had been told even a lot of people within the government didn't know about the plan to decrease goofy levels. Only a select few were aware of it, and the rebellion was dedicated to reveal everything to the public.

Danny was supposed to stay in his quarters in the large base especially at night, but he got up to get water and heard some people talking and couldn't help but listen in. "We can't let him help.. It's too risky." A mysterious voice said. "He could really help us! He could be the key to the end of it all. I can feel it. We should at least ask him." Radio Rebel said. Amy was at the meeting as well, and nodded in response to Radio Rebel's words.

"I don't know... It would be much safer for him and the rest of them in the Youtuber Protection Program." the voice responded. "Please!!!" Radio Rebel asked. Both Amy and Radio Rebel started saying please over and over again. "Fine!" the mystery person said, "Now leave I have a lot to do."

Danny heard the two girls get up to leave and ran away. He wouldn't want them to catch him eavesdropping! "What do they want me to do...? How could I help the rebellion?" Danny said to himself aloud, now in the comfort of his own room. Well at least his room at the base anyways.

"Danny?" Drew said groggily. He had completely forgotten that he and Drew shared this room, and that Drew was on the top bunk of his bed trying to sleep. "I'm sorry. I was just getting water and I overheard an important conversation about the rebellion and how I could be an integral part in saving the country..." He said. "Oh cool." Drew responded, immediately falling asleep again. Danny sighed and then got into his bed and tried to fall asleep.

He ended up falling asleep late so he slept in. "Oh no! They probably ran out of tater tots!" Danny thought to himself. He got out of bed, got dressed, and ran to the cafeteria. When he got there he saw all of his friends! Drew, Jarvis, Nick, and... Kurtis?

"Kurtis?!" Danny called out. This was the first time he had seen Kurtis since he was in Kurtistown. "Danny!" Kurtis called back. Danny arrived at the table where they all sat, filled with uncontrollable joy! "What are you doing here?" Danny asked. "These people came to my office and told me to come with them so I did and now I'm here." He said. Kurtis had an obscene and concerning sized pile of tater tots on his plate and Danny didn't even notice he was so happy. "Wait, you didn't ask them any questions?" Jarvis asked. "Why would I do that?" Kurtis said. Everyone affirmed Kurtis and agreed how stupid Jarvis's question was.

"Oh, I have something for you Danny." Kurtis said. Danny somehow became even more happy! "What is it?" Danny asked excitedly. "Guess." Kurtis demanded. "Um.. A duck? A prop? A duck who is a prop?" Danny asked. "No!" Kurtis stated. "GET ME THE THING!.. PLEASE" Kurtis yelled, "I've been working on my manners." he added. Danny then watched as a man (who was standing in the corner) scrambled to grab an object from another room. The man then came back with a large box in his hands and gave it to Danny.

Danny opened the box and inside was another box, and in that box another box, and in that box another box, and then finally he was down to the final box and he opened it. He GASPED! Danny was silent for a moment... "NUTCRACKER GUY!" He squealed, "HOW DID YOU GET HIM?" Kurtis smiled finding Danny's excitement amusing, "I found him vacationing with his wife and his step son Cristopher in Bora Bora so I decided to bring him home with me just in case. Turns out it was worth it." He laughed. Danny hugged his Nutcracker Guy. Everyone awed because of how heart warming it was.

Suddenly Amy came out of nowhere and she tapped Danny on the shoulder while everyone was oohing and awing over the return of the nutcracker guy and his new tan. "Come with me please." She said. He looked nervous and a little concerned.

Danny got up and followed behind her. He was brought to a part of the base he had never been to before. He was greeted by a long rectangular table and surrounding it were some of the most powerful members of the Commit to the Bit Group. "Please sit." Dr Crumb said. Danny sat down and noticed that the chair at the head of the table was empty.

"Biscoff?" Amy asked passing out biscuits to all of the people at the table. Amy then sat down as well. "What is this about?" Danny asked. In his heart Danny knew what this was about. He felt this conversation would have something to do with the conversation he overheard the other night. "We're just waiting for the leader of the Commit to the Bit group to come. They'll tell you what this is about." Radio Rebel said.

Danny realised in that moment that he had no idea who the leader was. Was it that mysterious voice he heard? He had never even thought about it. His pondering was interrupted by the opening of a door from the opposite side of the room.

Everyone at the table looked toward the entrance and from it emerged.. The leader.

Danny was shocked as she sat down.

"Danny, we want to utilise you in this war." Chad Chad said,

"We want you to become the symbol of the rebellion"

Overall story description: After being retuned home Danny Gonzalez works to find the rat that kidnapped him, and in the process discovers disturbing secrets about the workings of the government, and finds they may have had a hand in his abduction. What will he do after learning about their plans? Will he find Marcelle? Will he save all of his friends?

It had been a few days since Kurtis and Danny's conversation, and Danny had decided to stay in Kurtistown to contemplate what he was going to do next. He didn't want to be taken away again! And he feared that if he went home it would be easier for some people to track him down and take him! He didn't want to be without sparkling water! It's the only form of water he can consume and without it his throat and tongue would be dry forever! Danny shivered at the thought.

He had decided it best not to tell Amy about what happened. While he highly doubts Amy could be involved in such a thing, he is worried about someone overhearing his conversation. Danny kept getting more and more consumed by thoughts and anxieties he had about all of this Marcelle business when suddenly... MARCELLE!

Marcelle was RUNNING toward him at a high speed! "I'M GONNA GET YOU AND PUT YOU INTO MY VOLVO SUV!" Marcelle yelled. Danny was dismayed by this. He tried to run, but he was frozen, forced to watch Marcelle only run closer and closer toward him, when suddenly he saw another person was next to him... President MrBeast?

"YOU'RE TOO GOOFY FOR THE PUBLIC!" President MrBeast screamed. He was holding a butterfly catching net except it was the perfect size for a Danny! Danny then noticed a rat costume in his other hand.. "THIS IS FOR YOU!" He yelled, waving the costume around. Danny's eyes widened, more afraid than ever. "Danny." A familiar female voice spoke to him faintly. He looked around but couldn't find where the voice was coming from. Then suddenly in the distance he saw.. Drew? They put him in a rat costume,  he was tied up, and he was being pulled in a red wagon by.. Logan Paul!

Danny jolted awake. "I have been trying to wake you up for a few minutes now. Are you okay?" Amy asked. Danny looked around at his surroundings nervously, and found he was able to move again. "No! I just had the most horrible nightmare about Drew, Marcelle, Logan Paul, and the president." Danny cried. Amy seemed very concerned. "Why would you think that the president wants to kidnap you?" asked Amy. "Um... no reason. It was just a nightmare." Danny said nervously. 

"Is there something you want to talk about? Something you haven't told me?" Amy questioned. Danny felt confused. It wasn't like Amy to talk like this. "Well, you seem stressed... We should go somewhere to relax... We could see a movie. Varli's new film is out. I've heard it's the best Marvel movie since Endgame." Amy beamed. "Um, Okay." Danny said, "Let's see a movie I guess."

They got in her plane and flew to the movie theatre. Luckily it was a short flight, only about 30 seconds. Danny made sure to eat some Biscoff biscuits. He ate as much of that stuff as he could. It truly was the best plane snack!

"We should hurry! We don't want to miss it." Amy said as they walked into the movie theatre. Danny noticed despite it being 6 pm on a Friday no one was at the theatre. They got their popcorn and found their seats. He noticed that as the movie began, the showing they were attending was still completely empty except for them. He didn't know if it was the trailer for a scary movie that played before the movie started, or if it was the empty theatre or both, but Danny started to feel very unnerved.

He looked at Amy and thought about their interaction earlier. It had made him feel a little uncomfortable. What did she mean when she said "is there something you haven't told me." It's like she knew what Kurtis had told him. Now that he was thinking about it, how much did he really know about Amy? Because now she has him in an almost empty building, at night, in a dark room alone. How many people has he seen here besides the one employee that gave them popcorn? How easy would it be for her to kidnap him and bring him to Marcelle!? No! She saved him from the tropical rainforest. Why would she do that if she wasn't on his side? 

Then he thought more about their interactions that day, and what she said when he told her about his nightmare. Danny felt his heart sink. She had asked him why he thinks the president would want to kidnap him. He never mentioned anyone being kidnapped in his nightmare!!!

"I have to go to the bathroom, I'll be right back" Danny said. "Okay" Amy replied. He walked quickly out of the theatre and walked right passed the bathroom. He kept thinking more and more... Ever since she saved him she has stayed everywhere he had stayed, constantly wanting to hang out. She had been feeding him Biscoff.. What if she tainted it with ingredients that could weaken him? She is very powerful.. She said she was the owner of multiple companies, and she's rich so they must be big companies. What if she has some benefit in taking down those who are too goofy? What if people paid her to pretend to be his friend and gain his trust!

He decided to leave. He walked down the street away from the theatre trying to come up with a plan. He couldn't go home, it would be too easy to find him. He didn't have a ride either. How was he supposed to get out of town? He left his money by his seat!

"Danny?" Amy yelled leaving the movie theatre and starting to walk toward him. "I'm not Danny! I don't know what you're talking about." Danny said, putting on a British accent and deepening his voice. He hid his face. "I know it's you Danny. You're wearing the same clothes as you were before." She said.

"Why are you trying to ditch me? Did I do something that upset you?" Amy added, continuing to walk closer to him. Danny stopped replying. She eventually reached Danny, and walked in front of him and turned to face him to try and get his attention.

"Please don't kidnap me!" Danny blurted out looking very afraid. "Kidnap you? Why would I do that?" Amy looked bewildered. "I would never do anything to harm you. I thought we were friends... I thought you thought that too." She faltered. Danny looked up at her for the first time since leaving the building. She looked genuinely concerned and upset.

"It's just that thing you said earlier," Danny felt kind of silly now after hearing how genuinely worried she seemed, "You mentioned the president wanting to kidnap me in my dream when I never mentioned kidnapping..." Danny paused to think, "But, I guess you may have just assumed that because I mentioned Marcelle being there too." He looked at the ground feeling bad for villainizing her so quickly.

There was a short silence. "I should have told you sooner." Amy said quietly. "What are you talking about?" Danny questioned. "I know about the effort to try to decrease goofy levels." Amy declared, "I'm in the CTBG,"

"The Commit to The Bit Group, also known as the rebellion."

Chapter 2: MEETING IN KURTISTOWN! *YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT HE FOUND OUT* 😨

Sequel to Lost In the Rainforest: A Danny Gonzalez Tale

Overall story description: After being retuned home Danny Gonzalez works to find the rat that kidnapped him, and in the process discovers disturbing secrets about the workings of the government, and finds they may have had a hand in his abduction. What will he do after learning about their plans? Will he find Marcelle? Will he save all of his friends?

The interrogation of the rat didn't lead to much, and Danny left as soon as it was over. Danny was concerned about how he was going to get to Kurtistown, but then his friend Amy said she was willing to fly him all the way there.

Danny met up with Amy. "Hey Danny!" Amy beamed. "Hey Amy!" Danny said. They both hugged. "Thanks for helping me, you really are the best person in the Universe Amy!" Danny gushed, very thankful to have such an amazing and flawless friend. "It's really no problem. I was about done in Chicago anyways, and I've been in the tropical rainforest for too long. It's time for me to broaden my horizons." She said

They both got into her plane, and she took off. Danny was delighted to see that this time she not only had Biscoff, but a chocolate bar. "What chocolate is this? I've never seen this." Danny asked. "Oh, it's my brand of chocolate.. It's mixed nuts and milk chocolate and it makes you abnormally strong for 24 hours!" She smiled. "You have a chocolate company?" Danny asked. "I am the CEO and owner of several different companies!" Amy replied.

They finally landed in Kurtistown. "I think I'm gonna stay in Kurtistown too. Come find me when you want to leave." Amy said. They both waved to each other and walked in opposite directions. He walked up to the main building. There was a man sitting at the front desk.

"Hello, I'm here to talk to Kurtis Conner." Danny said. The man didn't look up from his computer. "Do you have an appointment?" He asked. "No, I-" Danny tried to speak but the man cut him off, "No appointment, no Kurtis Conner. The mayor is a very busy man, and I highly doubt he wants to talk to some kid." The man looked very grumpy, and still refused to look up from his computer.

"We're the same age! We were born basically like a month apart!" Danny cried, beginning to get frustrated himself. "Whatever, if you don't-" This time the man was cut off. "Hey what's the ruckus? I'm trying to focus over here." Kurtis said. "Kurtis!" Danny cheered.

"Danny? What are you doing here?" He asked, Kurtis then turned to the man at the desk, who finally looked up from his computer screen, "Why were you yelling at my friend!" Kurtis said to the man. The man turned red, and started sweating. "I- um-" He was interrupted again. "Go to the corner and think about what you've done." Kurtis demanded. The man got up and stood in the corner.

"So, Danny! What brings you to Kurtistown?" Kurtis asked. "I was just wondering if you knew anything about Marcelle Toing or know anyone that could know." Danny said. Kurtis looked concerned, "Isn't that the rat that kidnapped you?" Danny nodded.

"Well, um, I personally don't know anything but I have heard some talk.." Kurtis whispered, "We better go to my office and talk about this." They both walked into Kurtis's office.

"I've heard some things in the mayor community about some, uh, concern." Kurtis looked down at some papers on his desk, avoiding Danny's gaze. "Concern? About what?" he asked. "Well, I've heard that some people are maybe, uh, concerned about some certain individuals that are 'too funny for the public' but I don't know." Kurtis whispered. Danny looked confused. "Too funny? What do you mean Kurtis?" Danny started whispering too. "Some people are concerned that if people find someone too funny then they could feel too goofy, and well, the whole system collapses" Kurtis continued, now looking around at their surroundings in a paranoid manner.

"Must be a pretty fragile system if it can be brought down by feeling too goofy." Danny said looking very disturbed, "So are you saying that some people paid Marcelle to abduct me because they see me as a threat to the system?" He asked. Kurtis nodded yes. There was a knock on the door, and they both jumped.

"Come in.." Kurtis said timidly. The door opened slowly. "Can I stop being in the corner now?" The man asked. Danny and Kurtis huffed in unison, "Fine! Go!" Kurtis answered. The man was about to leave, "So, what are you guys talking about?" He asked.

The two guys look panicked! "Chicken helmets!" scrambled Danny. "Cat blindfolds!" Kurtis said at the same time. "Chicken helmets and cat blindfolds!" They said in unison. Silence filled the room.

"Okay." The man left and closed the door behind him.

Chapter 1: Home at Last *INTERROGATION* 🫢

Sequel to Lost In the Rainforest: A Danny Gonzalez Tale

Overall story description: After being retuned home Danny Gonzalez works to find the rat that kidnapped him, and in the process discovers disturbing secrets about the workings of the government, and finds they may have had a hand in his abduction. What will he do after learning about their plans? Will he find Marcelle? Will he save all of his friends?

Several weeks had passed since Danny's return. Even though he was back in Illinois things were still not the same as they used to be. Danny was working with the FBI to help find and catch Marcelle and bring him to justice, but despite their efforts they had still not gotten any closer to finding the rat.

"I just don't understand it." Danny said, "We looked everywhere and we still can't find him." Danny groaned, holding his head in annoyance. "We tracked down one of the rats Marcelle had in his aeroplane and we're getting them ready for interrogation." Chad Chad said. Danny felt a little better hearing that, but doubted it would lead to anything big.

But, Danny felt uneasy. Ever since he came home he had felt nervous knowing that Marcelle is still out there. He had been jumpy for weeks.

"Are you even listening to me?" Chad Chad asked. Danny snapped out of his trance. "No I'm sorry.." Danny said sadly. She looked unamused. "Get with it man. We gotta catch this guy!" She snapped. It was nice of Chad Chad to help Danny in his pursuit of the rat. She had made this her number one priority as head person at the FBI, just to help out her friend.

"Be honest with me Chad Chad. Do you think the rats are gonna help us?" Danny asked. She looked down at the file in her hands, "It's worth a shot. Don't give up before we've even tried." Chad Chad walked toward the door of the room, but before she left she turned to Danny, "I know it's hard, and you've already thought about this a lot, but really try to think about anyone that could help us even remotely. Even if it's unlikely they'd know anything.. Okay?" Chad Chad asked. Danny nodded in response, and she closed the door behind her as she left.

A few hours later the rat had arrived, and they were in the interrogation room. Danny was outside watching through a window in the interrogation room. Chad Chad was in there with the rat.

"Tell me what you know about Marcelle Toing's whereabouts." She asked. The rat was very angry looking. "I told you, I don't know anything!" The rat said aggressively. "Listen here you little freak! I know you were in cahoots with Marcelle. We have security camera video evidence and a series of Instagram stories in which you said quote, 'I love to help Marcelle with everything he needs! He's so handsome and very sneaky! LOL! He would never notice a rat like me! 🥺' End quote" Chad Chad said.

The rat looked embarrassed. "I also have this clip of you at a BTS concert with Marcelle in which you said in the caption "Me and Marcelle are having so much fun! BTS for life or no life at all! Seven forever! 💜" Chad Chad said, "I also have this-" She was cut off.

"Okay, okay. I may have worked with Marcelle but honestly he didn't tell me that much." The rat admitted, looking down at his paws. "You were in the plane with Marcelle the day of the kidnapping. When we showed Danny your picture he said he recognized you from the aeroplane." Chad Chad stated.

"I may have been on the plane but he wouldn't tell me anything about where he was going. By the time we landed I was told Marcelle had jumped out of the plane with a parachute sometime after we dropped the Gonzalez youngster off." the rat explained.

"Youngster? How old do you think Danny is?" Chad Chad said. The rat looked confused. "I thought he was at most thirteen." He remarked. "Whatever.. Do you know anyone that could know anything?" She asked, "Any of your friends?"

The moment Danny heard Chad Chad say that, he immediately knew who to ask about Marcelle's whereabouts..

Looks like Danny is going out to visit his old friend.... in Kurtistown.

Chapter 5: ESCAPE FROM THE SCARY FOREST!! *HEARTWARMING* 🥺

Overall story description: After being kidnapped, Danny Gonzalez is brought to a tropical rain forest and is forced to learn to live in the rain forest. How will he survive? Will he escape? Who knows!!!

"We're almost there!" Amy said. Danny felt so excited. He could finally go home. They walked for just a little bit longer, crawled through some bushes, got chased by some wasps and walked over a bridge, and finally they arrived. Danny marvelled over the large estate.

"Let's go to the plane!" Amy cheered. They walked over to the backyard and to the plane. They both got into the plane. "So you really know how to fly a plane?" Danny asked. Danny, while knowing Amy was a nice person, was unsure of her capabilities or qualifications to fly an aeroplane.

"Don't worry, I fly planes all the time. How else would I get my groceries in the middle of the tropical rainforest? I have a PhD from Harvard University for aeroplanes and I was the top of my class." She said. Danny felt better now that he knew he was in good hands, but was still a little apprehensive.

Amy started the plane, and it started to take off. Danny fully realised that now that he was actually getting out of here. Suddenly he felt extremely excited. He was finally going home! The plane took off and flew away from the forest.

The plane had one of those TVs on the seat in front of him, and even a tray for snacks, beverages, and other things! "There are snacks stored below the seat in front of you if you want them." Amy said. Danny reached for the seat below him and there were Biscoff biscuits and La Croix! "What a delight!" Danny thought to himself.

It wasn't that long of a plane ride, and they only had to stop for gas once. Danny was finally back in Illinois.

"Where do you want me to park?" Amy asked. "At my house please." Danny replied. Amy landed at Danny's house and they both got out. "How was the Biscoff? I've been trying to up my snack game." Amy said. "It was wonderful." He answered.

"Thanks for helping me get home." Danny said. "You're welcome! I've never been to Chicago so I might stay in the city for a while... It is where Shake It Up takes place after all! And I've never seen The Bean so that'll be fun!" Amy smiled. They waved at each other, and Danny walked up to his house.

Danny walked up to his front door and opened it. "I have to make a video to show everyone I'm okay." Danny thought. He went to his room and changed his clothes

After he was ready to leave he got in his car and drove to YouTube Headquarters to film his new video. On his drive, he saw multiple missing posters with his face on it. This only made Danny want to get there faster. He needed to announce that he was okay! People could think Marcelle was tormenting him with sparkling waters of unfavourable flavours, and rat costumes. Danny felt sick just thinking about the rat costume. "I hate being dressed as a rat.." Danny thought to himself, looking deep in thought and lost in the dark memories of his ever so recent past.

He parked in his parking spot at YouTube Headquarters and walked into the building. It was empty. "How unusual," Danny thought, "This place is usually full of YouTubers.." He walked up to the secretaries desk and on it, it said, "Out looking for Danny Gonzalez. If you have a problem, either bring Danny Gonzalez back or figure it out yourself."

Danny was shocked. He ran to his cubicle and started filming right away!

"Hello, it is me Danny Gonzalez and this is a message for all the Gregs out there. I have finally been returned home after being kidnapped by Marcelle, the head chef at Ratatoing. He forcibly put me into a rat costume, shoved me into a Volvo SUV, and then put me in a cargo plane where he brought me to the tropical rainforest and threw me out of the plane. My new amazing and breathtaking friend Amy helped me escape and now I'm here." Danny paused for a moment, thinking of what to say, "Greg, I want you to know that without you all, I would have never gotten out of there, because there were times when I wanted to give up... but every time I would start thinking about everything that mattered so much to me in my world... the world that you helped me create. Everything is thanks to you guys. I love you all. I'll see you all again soon in my next video... Bye."

Chapter 4: Danny had mostly pleasant walk to mansion *HEART WRENCHING ENDING* 😔

Overall story description: After being kidnapped, Danny Gonzalez is brought to a tropical rain forest and is forced to learn to live in the rain forest. How will he survive? Will he escape? Who knows!!!

Danny was so excited, this awesome Amy girl could be his way out of the forest! "I could take you to my mansion and then I could fly you to Illinois in my plane." Amy said. "Thank you so much!" Danny cheered.

While they walked to the mansion, the two talked for hours. They laughed at each others jokes, and had deep and profound conversations about life.

"And that's how I single handedly tamed a crocodile!" Amy laughed. "Wow, that's so cool, but.." Danny looked down looking a little upset. "What's wrong?" Amy asked. "Honestly all I can think about right now is Greg and Drew Gooden." Danny said, continuing to look sad.

"It's okay... Greg's everywhere know in their hearts that you're okay.. And it's only been a few days. You usually post every few weeks and you're not that active on Twitter, or any other social media really. Most people probably don't even know you're gone." Amy explained.

Danny felt a little bit better. He was worried sick about how Greg would feel with him missing, but now that they might not even know he felt a little better. "Let's look at what people are saying." Amy said, pulling out her phone.

They stopped walking for a moment. Amy searched up his name online, and handed it to Danny. Danny was SHOCKED with what he saw.

Articles about how he was missing written by prestigious newspapers, people claiming they witnessed Marcelle shove an unconscious Danny into a rat costume and then into a Volvo, hourly updates on the investigation on news stations, how the FBI was trying to find Marcelle so they could interrogate him, and countless videos from Danny's friends sending him messages... even one from.. DREW! Danny gasped audibly.

He immediately opened the video to hear Drew speak... "Hello it is me Drew Gooden. This is a message for my best friend Danny Gonzalez... If you're out there I have so many things I want to tell you but I'll just say this, I miss you and I love you. I hope that wherever you are, you are safe and that someday we can meet again, and make another video together. I miss joking around with you. I miss your laugh. I miss your smile. I miss your warm blue eyes, and you're nose-" Drew got choked up for a moment but pushed through and continued, "I hope you come home safe, and that everything possible is done to help you come back to us... we're with you Danny. I am Greg... We are all Greg."

Danny felt tears well up in his eyes. "I have never heard anything so beautiful." He said. Amy comfortingly patted his back, starting to tear up a little as well, "We're almost to my mansion. We'll leave the moment we get there." Amy said.

"Great!" Danny cheered. He seemed to feel a little better hearing Amy's words. He was even more determined than ever before to get back to Greg and Drew.

Chapter 3: Escape from the forest??? 😲 *ANIMAL ATTACK!!!*

Overall story description: After being kidnapped, Danny Gonzalez is brought to a tropical rain forest and is forced to learn to live in the rain forest. How will he survive? Will he escape? Who knows!!!

Danny woke up after the sun came up and started walking toward the mansion again. But, he felt kind of thirsty. "Should I risk drinking tainted sparkling water?" He thought. He held it in his hand and stared at the can.

"I can't walk without drinking anything.. I could get dizzy and faint or something." He thought. He decided to risk it, because tasting the dreadful flavour is better than dying. Bugs could crawl all over him if he passed out on the jungle floor!

He opened the can, filled with anxiety. He nervously took a sip.. It was... horrible! He had put apricot La Croix in a limoncello can!, but Danny had no other choice than to consume the unpleasant sweat tasting beverage.

After he drank some he kept walking through the forest, when suddenly he encountered.. a BEAR! Danny almost flinched at the sight of it. Danny gulped loudly in fear. The bear walked up to him. "We can be friends! Please!" Danny said. The bear only growled in response, and kept walking up to him.

"I have millions of people that depend on me for joy! My best friend would miss me if you were to eat me! His name is Drew, people get us confused a lot." Danny cried. The bear growled again, and now, it was bearing it's teeth!

What was Danny to do! The bear was about to lunge at him when..

"NO!" A beautiful girl with brown locks, flawless skin, and hazel eyes that were really more green than brown, screamed out to the bear.

The bear immediately complied with her demands. It whimpered, and ran away. "You okay?" The girl said. "I'm fine. Thanks for saving me!" Danny said. "No problem.. The animals around here are crazy.. But they always listen to me." She said.

"Wow.. you're so awesome! What's your name?" He asked. "My name's Amy Rose, or just Amy is fine too." Amy said. "I love your outfit. You seem like an extremely cool person." Danny complimented.

"Oh thanks.. And sorry but are you Danny Gonzalez?" She asked. "Um.. yeah, I am!" Danny declared. "Wow! I love your videos so much! I've probably spent like 10 hours of my life alone watching them." she laughed, smiling a beautiful smile, "Do you mind if I take a picture with you? I need to show my friends, they won't believe this if I don't have proof, haha." Amy said.

"Oh sure no problem." He said. Amy took out her phone and took a selfie with Danny. "Um, do you happen to have any food, or water? I've been stuck out here for almost 2 days now and have only been living off of honey roasted nuts and apricot La Croix." Danny said.

"Oh yeah sure!" Amy said. She opened her backpack and had a large array of treats and beverages. Danny chose a limoncello La Croix and a sandwich. "So, I saw a mansion in the distance.. Do you have any idea who lives there?" Danny asked. "Oh, I do!" Amy replied.

"Why do you live in the middle of the tropical rainforest?" Danny asked. "Oh, well, it's just really fun. I can befriend all the animals, and basically do whatever I want." She smiled. "Why are you in the middle of the rainforest? I thought you lived in Illinois?" She asked. "I was kidnapped by Marcelle! He brought me here so I would never make another video ever again." He said.

"Oh no! That's so bad!" She cried, "It's just not right for someone to treat you like that!" She looked very upset. "I can help you get out of here!" She said. Danny looked so excited! "Really? Thank you so much!" Danny felt so happy..

Finally he could finally escape this forest, and he got to interact with Greg! Maybe this situation wasn't that bad after all!

Chapter 2: IN THE SCARY FOREST!! *TURNED EMOTIONAL* 🥹

Overall story description: After being kidnapped, Danny Gonzalez is brought to a tropical rain forest and is forced to learn to live in the rain forest. How will he survive? Will he escape? Who knows!!!

Danny woke up in the middle of a scary rainforest. He got up and removed his parachute. "I don't have anything!" Danny thought, "All I have is this rat costume and this parachute.. And what if there are wild animals in the rain forest and they think because I'm dressed in this rat costume that I'm a giant rat and a tasty treat! Oh no!"

Danny then realized as he was taking off his parachute that he had a backpack on. Marcelle must have given him something! He quickly opened the backpack, and he found matches, "limoncello" La Croix, some honey roasted nuts, and some changes of clothes!

He wanted to get out of this rat costume as soon as possible, so he changed his clothes..

This is what he was wearing! 🙂

Danny realized that he couldn't just live off honey roasted nuts for the rest of his life and he certainly couldn't drink the La Croix. What if Marcelle tampered with it like last time? Wait! Didn't he hear about naturally occurring sparkling water on the video he did on Nick's channel? Maybe he could find some in this forest.

He started walking around the forest but he couldn't see anything special so he decided to climb up a tree to maybe get a better look around. After climbing up the tree he looked around but all he could see was more trees, but then he saw something in the distance.. A mansion? Maybe he was hallucinating, and it was extremely far away. He would have to walk all the way there.

He fell out of the tree and decided to start walking so he walked and walked, and walked. He walked so much and while he was walking he thought about all of the important things in his life, Drew Gooden, Greg, nutcracker guy, the subreddit, and his music career.

He thought about all the things he never got to do.. Get 10 mil subs, meet Dolphin Man, and he never got the opportunity to watch Rennervations! Jeremy Renner's documentary on Disney+!

The thought of him never achieving these goals, killed him inside! The thought of him never looking at Danwork again! Never seeing Drew again! Never making another song! All of these things fueled him to get out of this forest and survive.

He stopped walking, and started RUNNING! At top speed he ran as fast as humanly possible. He dashed through the forest at the speed of light! All of these thoughts running through his brain. He HAD to get back to Greg.

And then, it got dark so he decided to stop. He made a makeshift tent with his parachute, started a fire with his matches, and ate his honey roasted nuts.

"I will get out of this forest.. No matter what!" thought Danny,

"No matter what."

Chapter 1: Confrontation with Marcelle on Plane!! *GONE WRONG* 😱

Overall story description: After being kidnapped, Danny Gonzalez is brought to a tropical rain forest and is forced to learn to live in the rain forest. How will he survive? Will he escape? Who knows!!!

Story length taking all chapters i've written into account: i've got 20 pages in my google doc and i'm still not stopping so do with that what you will

Danny groggily opened his eyes. The last thing he remembered was being tackled by a giant rat, wearing a chef's hat. Then, he realized... Marcelle! He knew he had made Marcelle angry with his video on Ratatoing but he didn't think their beef would go this far.

Then he looked around.. He was in a plane and tied up! Not only was he in a plane, but he was in a cargo plane, filled with caged rats.. Not only that! But he was wearing a rat costume! 

Danny felt a sudden rush of fear flood his heart. What was Marcelle going to do to him?

Marcelle then walked into the part of the plane Danny was in. "Hello Dan." Marcelle said. "You know I don't like people calling me Dan!" Danny cried. "I know.." said Marcelle, he slowly walked toward Danny holding a La Croix.

"I'm sorry!" Danny said, "I didn't mean what I said in that video Marcelle! Ratatoing was a great movie!" He struggled against his restraints. "It doesn't matter now! Our restaurant has been failing ever since you made that video! Our Google Reviews have been flooded by your fans trolling! Now, you have to pay!" Marcelle yelled!

"W-what are you going to do?!" Danny stuttered. "I'm going to drop you off in the middle of this tropical rain forest where you will have to learn to survive! No one will find you, and most importantly you will never make another video again!" He roared.

"Oh no! But Greg need me! What will they do without my content..? What will happen to the subreddit! How will I ever get my second channel to 10 mil..? Who will feed the nutcracker guy! Greg will be absolutely devastated!" Danny weeped in despair.

"Too bad.." Marcelle hissed. He then opened the La Croix in his hand. Danny looked confused. "Do you want this La Croix..? It's Limoncello, your favourite." Marcelle offered. "Umm.. I don't know." Danny said, "What if you tampered with it?" Marcelle looked insulted. "How could I mess with it? It was sealed." Marcelle said. "Okay sure" Danny answered.

The rat held it up to Danny's mouth so he could sip it. Danny immediately spit it out in anguish! "What is this! I have never tasted anything like this!" Danny groaned. "It's blue raspberry sparkling water. You said you hated blue raspberry things in one of your videos." Marcelle chuckled.

"How did you even do this! It's so elaborate?" Danny cried. "It doesn't matter now.. Time to go!" Marcelle grinned. He opened the door of the plane and put a parachute on Danny. "Goodbye! Forever!" He said. "Nooooooooooo!" Danny yelled as he was thrown out of the plane...
