I saw this trend again on TikTok — how to say “I’m waiting for you” without actually saying it.

And if I had to choose my own version, it would be this:

“Bukas pa rin ang libro ng ating kwento.”

This line captures everything I feel.

As someone who has always loved stories, meeting him felt like reaching a turning point in my own — a chapter that changed everything.

But ours didn’t close with a happy ending… nor was it a sad one.

It was left open, unfinished — like a book placed gently back on the shelf, still waiting for its next pages to be written.

And here I am, still holding on, still hoping.

The story of us is still open.

the irony of love.

It hurts —

to want something so badly, to hold it in your heart with everything you have,

only to realize that no amount of love will ever be enough to make it yours.

You can’t force someone to love you the way you love them.
