On my call with my coach today, he referred to me as "relentless" and then noticed when it made me smile. I told him that was one of my favorite words. Along with "radical." And yet both of them have secondary (to me, anyway) definitions with negative connotations. It was a good reminder about perspective, and that there are at least two sides to everything. It is also a good reminder that there are some small litmus tests in our daily lives that help us spot people in the wild with the potential to be part of our tribe. People who subscribe to the negative definitions of "relentless" or "radical" probably aren't my tribe.
