Did some knife sharpening with the wet stones, used the honing oil on the larger grit & then water on 5,000 grit stone and got a few of my most used @zwilling_de knives razor sharp sans burr (as you can see from passing the magazine test-sorry mailer) & then went to town like I had just finished the reading The Five Rings of the Bushido Code on some unsuspecting cucumbers. Remember kids: a dull knife is a dangerous knife so keep your blades sharp!
