My favorite Andrew headcanon still remains that upon retiring from Exy—a good several years before average, and waaaay before Neil and Kevin, because he's finally secure enough in his life and desires to recognize that he doesn't need to keep doing something he doesn't enjoy just because hes good at it—he goes back into law and becomes a public defender.

It's not like he forgot anything since college, and most of the bar exam is rote memorization, so picking it back up is simple. Neil is too happy that Andrew is making such a major decision on his own initiative to be disappointed about losing pro exy.

On the other hand. Can you imagine sitting in a jail cell for auto theft waiting for some underpaid schmuck to offer you a plea deal when fucking LeBron James walks in.

My worst fears about the TID TV show:

Making Jem and Will rivals and fight for tessa

ruining jessamine's character development

making Henry more "manly"

make jem and will jealous of each other

making tessa a damsel in distress

if they ruin Jem's character in ANY way

giving Nate a redemption arc (this one is debatable but personally I liked how he died)

pitting jem and will against each other

If they ruin any of Charlotte's achievements in the books or make her character seem weak in ANY way I wont even give this show a chance lmao

I wouldnt be surprised if they removed either Gabriel or Gideon from the story entirely or got rid of the Benedict plot line even though it's pretty important

but if they do keep both of the brothers in I'm 100% sure they'll fuck up at LEAST one of their characters (probably gabriel)

they're probably gonna erase either Thomas, Cyril, Agatha or Bridget's character there's very little chance of all of them making it in to the show

if they make magnus and camille an actual couple and try to make us ship them 🤢🤢

the tessa/sophie friendship is so underrated as it is and the show will probably ruin it lmao

if they ruin will and jem's friendship I'm literally gonna cry :')

they're probably gonna change up will's backstory a lil it's just a gut feeling (like erasing one of his sisters or smt)

bonus: we're gonna have to deal with the wessa/jessa fan wars all over again

i swear it on the angel, someday, we'll live together. like we all said we would. we'd have an apartment in paris. and alex and zey would quote thomastair and talk about days past, paris 1902. we'd all have our chaotic, annoying habits, that the others would find cute.

teodora and ianny would scold us for not cleaning our rooms and tell us not to be lazy, but they'd mean it fondly. alex would make a tragic attempt to act like will and shout 'i can see the blood on the cobblestones!' at the passersby and they'd stare in horror.

jay would boss us all around and be big chaotic and always defend herself by saying 'i'm neutral chaotic, thank you!' and we'd all laugh at her fondly. she'd go around only just realising she has a type.

irene and teddy would be dying over harry styles and i would just watch in confusion.

mollie and her cute australian accent would be trying to get me to read aftg. she'd always being playing video games of some sort.

sav and teddy would always be speaking bulgarian and make us all big confused.

jules wouldn't have to worry about her stupid school work, and harry and ianny would work on their pretentious codes and be nerds and me and harry would fight over riverdale because apparently i've been sucked into the show.

i swear it on the angel, you all. we'll live together some day.
