I gatta say this since people are watching whether they like my art or not:

I started drawing due to the LACK OF black y/n/self insert art I seen.

It sucked to see icl to u, but Yk what I never did though, complain to the artist that only drew Asian/white women as y/n. I NEVER ONCE tried to make any artist/writer feel bad or “guilt trip” them into writing/drawing black girls because yk..it’s THEIR choice. So I took the time—(NO EXPERIENCE BTW) to start drawing at 19 and well I’m here now drawing for me and those that enjoy seeing it.

I make a small lil space for me n my delusions as a black artist n mfs get so mad. When there are THOUSANDS of better artist that do white/male/polka dot/ etcetc y/n that can accommodate you.

So.

Because I draw for me. If I drew for everybody babe I would still be drawing some pieces from January to accommodate everybody pls.
