"Decisional" excerpts from the Spicer transcription today...
One thing Spicer likes to do is use a key word twice in many sentences. What's interesting is that the use of the term, while crucial to the sentence, remains shrouded in tandem ambiguity. For example:
"It is very important for the press to understand the importance of this issue."
"I can't comment on the nature of the discussion due to the nature of the issue."
Also noteworthy:
"Good evening." (1:15PM EST).
"Once the president makes a decision, he executes on it."
"There was no legal issue at hand" (talking about Flynn, emphasizing that the whole issue was a matter of trust and not of legality)
"Happy Valentine's Day!"

I think Ted Hughes murdered Sylvia Plath, Assia Wevill, and Alexandra Tatiana Elise Wevill.

Full moon in Cancer ♋️
Tonight. My period always falls on the full moon, going on a year now. Does that make me a full witch? Cancer is the ex's sun sign, which either bodes ill or well for this moon cycle. 🌕

I'm in love with the boronia and gardenia absolutes I received yesterday. I've had gardenia in the past that was too shrill and "perfumey." This extract is more like the flower gardenia jasminoides than any I have smelled previously. And boronia (boronia megastigma) in isolation is new to me. I'd say it is a cross between lotus (nelumbo nucifera) and jasmine grandiflorum. Rich, slightly leathery and tropical. Images of this boronia species look like sugar encrusted plums. It smells like it looks, I guess.

I steal flowers. Only the ones that are just past their prime or have already fallen off, so I don't know if that counts as theft. One of my favorite rest stops, in Sharon, Vermont (Joseph Smith's birthplace), has a greenhouse powered by human waste. Among the fecal blooms are passion flower and white ginger lily (sometimes called butterfly 🦋 lily). Last time I stole a pocketful of ginger lily blossoms. Today there were no flowers 🌺 within reach. As our president elect would say, "Sad!"
