This BBQ-flavored take on traditional lasagna is the ultimate comfort food. A savory masterpiece is made of layers of seasoned ground beef, barbecue sauce, and gooey cheese. When you add fresh vegetables and sour cream on top, the flavors really pop!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup diced onions. 1 cup diced bell peppers. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 12 lasagna noodles, cooked. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Cook the ground beef in a pan until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. Put bell peppers and onions in the pan. Make sure the vegetables are soft. Add the barbecue sauce and taco seasoning and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Put four lasagna noodles in a baking dish that has been greased. Then add half of the meat mixture and a third of the shredded cheese. Do the same thing again with the rest of the noodles, meat mixture, and cheese. Put it in an oven that's already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes. Put sour cream, diced tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro on top. Cut and serve. Have fun with your BBQ Taco Lasagna!

Take the cauliflower out of the oven and drizzle it with the sauce that has thickened. Add green onions and sesame seeds on top. If you want, you can serve it hot with extra sesame seeds and green onions on top.

Ingredients: 2 cups mixed greens. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced. 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds. 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Instructions: Wash and dry the mixed greens. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. In another bowl, mix almond milk, applesauce, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and melted coconut oil. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries. Transfer batter to a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner cut off. Pipe batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the doughnuts spring back when lightly touched. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Ingredients: 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced. 1 cup mixed salad greens. 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds. 1 green onion, sliced for garnish.
