Is it bad that I'm thinking maybe we shouldn't all go see Sonic 3? Like Paramount openly supports Israel still. Remember that's why we all wanted to boycott the Knuckles show? Did y'all forget about that? It's not like that would even mean not seeing the movie ever, it would just mean holding off on seeing it until alternative means become available.

Idk it's just kinda disconcerting how quickly the company seemed to win y'all back the moment shadow showed up on screen. I'm a big sonic fan too but there's kind of more important things going on right now, y'know?

okay so this tweet was back in october so it's technically old news but this thing is currently going around twitter, and i don't think it hurts to make a post, even if others may have already done so. paramount, the studio behind the sonic movies, supports israel. i don't know if the circumstances will change in the months between now and when sonic 3 and the knuckles tv series comes out, but if you're planning on watching either, you should figure out a way to do so without giving your money to the company.

also, the last time i posted about sonic being affiliated with a company that stood with israel, i got a lot of people saying things like "sOnIC woUldn'T WaNT tHIs!11!!!" and "dO It fOr HiM!!1!!" and one person even made some stupid shitty looking memes. anyone who does that on this post gets put on blast immediately. i shouldn't have to say this but centering this topic around the silly fictional hedgehog and not the tens of thousands of people being massacred is extremely tone deaf. read the room or get the fuck out.
