Well I am def doing it anyway! Someone's gotta make sure that you're taking care of yourself so you can totally crush finals. But you don't think you're badass enough for a proper face tatt?? I think you can be anything that you set your mind to! Wouldn't nail polish remover like, burn or whatever? It smells like it could eat your skin alive. Like some sort of acid in a horror movie that totally melts someone. How many things? Um.. idk not too many? There was that time that I thought I could parkour off of a roof and broke my arm. I told ma that I got hit SUPER hard. I also fell one time when climbing outta my girlfriends window in high school, busted my ribs up kinda bad.

You don't gotta be too concerned. I mean yeah they can kinda knock the wind outta ya sometimes, but I've always been alright.

Oh, I kinda thought that you wanted us to like... keep rehearsing like normal. I mean I am def happy to do some group ones still if others wanna. I don't wanna lose the progress in my awesome dance moves. Gotta keep the hips loosey goosey, ya know what I mean? I am totally behind ya if you wanna try and make sure everyone else keeps practising too. If ya need another leader to help win, I can totally be your dude for the job.

And everyone is welcome to relax and recover from the semester. I don't think that keeping up with rehearsals independently will push anyone over the edge, Sam. Everyone knows that choreography is our weakness. If we keep up with things the way we have been, I think we'll surprise them all at Sectionals.

Then I can compare the ones of Stace when she starts like, messing around with it too. Is using make up like.. hard? Coz it all looks super complicated coming from a dude with zero knowledge in it at all. I mean, I would hope I could swing it to take her next year but unless I like.. win the lottery it's probs not super likely. Waiting tables kinda doesn't tip super good.

I hope so! I think it would be awesome if I could get her into video games too! I mean she plays like, Animal Crossing on her Switch so I guess she kinda does, but I'm not really into it. I always knew you were a secret genius, dude!

Oh that sounds fun! I would wanna go last coz then you get the best chance of picking what you think is the coolest thing. Going first kinda sounds the worst, you get the cool gift and then everyone steals it from ya? It was a pretty genius idea, huh. I could use lots of practice unwrapping, I think I'm a bit rusty. Great. I'll bake and you'll decorate and then we'll let everyone else taste the end result and watch their faces lite up. Oh my god you've never done white elephant. Basically you get a group together and everyone brings a gift. Then everyone gets a number and depending on your spot, you then get to decide which gift you want based on how it looks. Or you can steal other peoples. And when everyone has a gift, you're done. It's cute. Oooo, def up for that option. Maybe we practice our unwrapping skills while we're at it.

You could def rock like a cute little love heart on your cheek or somethin like that. Sounds like a real one would hurt a lot but if T-Swizz can pull it off, you can too! You don't remember that week where I walked around with the Band-Aid on my face?? I told you it was from taking a rough hit at football practice. Which I kinda always use when I wanna cover something up and not have no-one question it. But also.. I do take a lotta hits at practice. And in games.

Sleep is for the weak. And by that I mean I am very weak and I'd love to sleep, but I think I've had enough coffee that it might just be impossible. Now I'm worried about the face tattoo thing, though. I know Taylor Swift made it look cool in the Fortnight music video with Post Malone, but I really don't think I can rock that look. Wait, but also, hello?? When was that? If it was during the time we've known each other, I'm super disappointed that I didn't get a photo at the very least.

And washing that dog that like eats and poops. The journal thing sounds super cool tho. I think I could def work with that one. If I could afford to take her to Disney then I totally would, but I think it would break my bank so that's a bummer.

Oooh maybe I can help! I like pink, Disney princesses and am cute. If she's interested in make up then you can get some super cute Disney themed eyeshadow palettes. If not, maybe a Disney journal for her to write and draw in?

Honestly, same. And I like have one in the house. I mean, I guess I don't see her as much as I used to but I totally visit loads and she's still a total mystery! Ummm oh! Goldie finally getting the win that we've been hoping for, for years! It was totally the lucky goldie socks!

Me and baking is like... a hot mess. But you best believe I am a bomb-ass decorator! But what's a white elephant? We could totally make our own Christmas fun. Like hide the mistletoe. Or ya know, find it.

I am sooooo ready for winter break. This semester has been a snooze fest, so having like a month to hang out with my friends and not force myself to stay awake in class? Let's go. I def should probably talk to my counselor next semester about changing my major.

But before we all head home for the holidays we should totes get together and do like, a secret santa or white elephant or something. Or bake Christmas cookies! Could be so cute! Who's down?

D, you know you need to like... sleep, right?? Do I gotta come and make you rest so that your brain doesn't totally explode? One time I tried to cram so hard that I fell asleep on the books, and the drool rubbed a bunch of the ink off onto my face. I was walkin around looking like I had a super bad face tattoo for days! I don't want that to happen to you too!

Ya know, sometimes some rest and recovery is totally as good as the mega-grind to make sure everything is awesome. We wanna be stars, but like even stars run outta gas and eventually fizzle out when stuff gets too much.

The break between semesters may be coming up, but just a reminder to my fellow members of the New Directions - this time away is not time to get complacent! Sectionals is on the horizon. Please be sure to put in the same amount of rehearsal hours as we would normally have.
