Eats of the Day
I cooked a protein bowl. It consisted of: quinoa, kale, bell peppers, chickpeas, cucumbers, and hummus. I made about 5 servings for the week.
Tonight I’m eating the same with some marinated fish.
I ate 2 bags of munchies yesterday and woke up with cystic acne and white heads on my left cheek... never again. It’s been so itchy.
Clean eating is the best eating. It was not worth it.

So unfortunately, my skin doctor told me that I can not eat soy products or tofu, so I will now be eating fish only. I’m still on a no any other kind of meat or animal products, but not having tofu is way too challenging for me as I just do not have the will power to sustain a diet of just fruits and vegetables.

Vegan Eats
Breakfast: Bagel with avocado spread
Honey roasted peanuts
Stir fried vegan flat noodles for lunch (so yummy)
I’m working on drinking more water today 4 bottles minimum. Maybe the heat in my body is causing my acne.
