Whale Daddy Turned Salty During Trip: My Experience

It finally happened, I met a generous whale or so I thought. I've been debating if I should share experiences like this here or I should just stick to advice & inspiration in the bowl but I want to share my experience on why you should always stay alert even if a man seems generous at first.

How We Met

I was at an upscale hotel bar with my girlfriend & he approached us as we were about to leave. He was here on vacation, I gave him my number & left.

First Impressions

He was dressed very casually in shorts, a t-shirt & palms. He wasn't someone I'd notice twice. The next two times I saw him, he was very generous with cash & expenses so I thought I'd hit jackpot & he seemed like a nice person. He asked me to travel to see him in a different city a few days later & stay for 5 nights & 4 days & I agreed.

Red Flags

At first everything was going well until the 3rdth day. Here are some of the things I noticed.

He was always asking personal questions like who details about who took my virginity & my exes.

He got angry & sulky whenever other guys were admiring me or calling me on the phone.

He started looking for fault in everything I did & wore. He said he wanted to see how I was like when I get mad.

He didn't want me to explore the city on my own or attend at least one networking event I wanted to take advantage of. He went everywhere I went.

He started complaining about money whenever I brought up anything even minor meanwhile he was wasting thousands on expensive hotel transportation alone.

He stopped having sex after the 2nd day after I said I don't like cuddling when I want to sleep because I need my space.

He said he was taking me shopping for some things I could take back home but backed out in denial when it was time to pay.

He kept on bragging that no man had ever taken me on a trip before, bought me something like a phone or had given me that experience before. He was constantly mentioning all the things he had done for me.

On the last day he wanted me to show my gratitude for the phone with sex & I refused so his mood immediately got worse & he didn't follow me to the airport.

The Good, Bad & The Ugly

I expect you to take care of my transportation, accommodation & feeding when you invite me to travel with you so those are standard. The best thing he did during the trip was getting me a new phone on day 3. He didn't give me any money to take home with me except the transportation from the airport.

Lessons learned

A generous sugar daddy can turn to a salt daddy. Never depend on any man, keep your options open.

Make sure you mention that expenses aside, you're getting paid for that trip.

Don't travel without emergency money. Anything can happen, you need to have an exit strategy.

Never tell any man about other guys in your life even if he seems cool with it. He will use it against you in subtle ways aimed at causing pain.

Know when to call it a day with finessing a guy. Ho & sugaring tactics can only go so far. Get what you can & move on.

Don't get familiar with any man & don't let down your guard just because you're on vacation or supposed to be having a good time.

Summary

Never let your guard down by thinking he might be different & make sure you get all you can before moving on to the next ladies. Wish y'all the best!

random question about the iron scow

okay so i just learned about this iron scow at Niagra Falls for the very first time. If you don’t know what that is, it’s basically a boat that got stuck in 1918 at Niagra Falls and has been in the same place for 101 years UNTIL on Halloween when a storm caused it to move somewhere between 50-150 meters closer to the edge. Again, it’s the first times it’s moved in 101 YEARS. Now it’s a guessing game when it will move again; could be days, weeks, years, hell could be another century (ha if the planet makes it that long). Anyways, my question is: does anyone have a pool going on when that thing may actually go over the edge? And can i get in on it?
