Stepping away from this blog for a bit...
I haven’t been in a great headspace lately and I have been between eating normally and not eating much at all. I need a break. I’m personally still staying on my healthy eating path, but I just need to pull myself away for a bit. I might be back as soon as next week, I don’t know! Just need some time off from this blog.
