Day 11 I worked on a couple lesson plans for a club but didn't do much else.
Day 12
Saturday so - spent it with my family, they made a surprise visit.

Day 9/90
My day was off to a sloppy start, I brushed my teeth and tried to do warm ups and sing a new song (lighthouse - kelly clarkson).. I ended up scrolling through yt shorts for a good 10-20 minutes.
I studied Geometry Translations for a bit
I watched one of lavendaire's videos on embodying your future self
I journaled (The prompt for today: What do I want to embody today to align with my future self?)
Studied for a Chemistry test happening in a couple weeks.
Reviewed Chemistry lesson we had today
Did some Literature review
Did some Literature test prep for a quiz happening in a few days
Spanish - duolingo
Math HW (Most of it, I have one question with four parts left. I did the first part of the question just need to finish the rest). I have a study hall tomorrow, might do it then.
History HW (Working on a research paper so today was the first part just collecting information and sources)
I TA for an elementary club that's reproducing an animated movie, so I watched that movie today.
I got most of my daily goals for this challenge done, I just need to work on my reading goals - I haven't been able to read anything in a while so...
I also didn't work out today because I needed to change my schedule, I didn't have enough time for a proper session of Chloe Ting's 2 Week Shred so, I stopped the program and I've made my own workout plan.
It won't be the same and I'll miss Chloe Ting but... hey... you gotta do what's best for you and your time.

Day 5 and 6
The last two days before quarter two. I spent these last two days mostly relaxing. I bonded with my brother (whom I haven't seen all week). Because I moved, we don't see each other often so I really valued that. I also came back home and took an everything shower (except my hair). I did a bubble face mask, under eye patches and a bunch of face cleansing routines. I did my nails (I'm trying to break a nail biting habit, so fake nails help a ton)
I also bought an eye shadow palette for the first time and can't wait to try it out. I planned out my entire week and hopefully the next few days will be as rigorous as the ninety day challenge should be.
See ya :)

Day 3 and 4
I didn't really do a lot on these days. I had a surprise visit from family and ended up staying over at theirs. So on day three, I didn't do much. I focused on some math work and then spent time with my family. I also went for dinner at a friend's (we are supposed to meet every thursday but I've missed a few for quiet some time because of school). I got to catch up and meet new people.
On day four I got through the scheduled Chloe Ting workouts from her 2 week shred program (I can not recommend it enough). The first time I tried it out, I genuinely thought it was for more advanced people but now I'm warming to it and I looooove it sooo much.
I then spent the day out with my mum. We just chatted and window shopped before having dinner and coming back. I'm going to watch some Tam Kaur and journal now.
The 90 day challenge I have for myself is meant to focus on my habits and I do need to remind myself that right now it won't be as rigorous because it is my fall break and I need to relax.

Day 1/90
I started the day with a certain set of goals and I was able to accomplish most of it.
I wanted to organize everything we learned in school so far, I was able to get through some native american short stories for literature (I use a concept called story mapping where you organize the entire story into the setting, plot structure, conflict, characters, etc)
I did some coordinate geometry lessons and questions on cognito.
I made some flashcards for chemistry (hoping to review them on day 2)
I made some flashcards for History (hoping to review them and incorporate spaced repetition)
I read a book for 15 minutes and tracked my progress (i finished fourteen pages in fifteen minutes which I think is shabby but okay)
I also recorded myself sing and identified my issues, I'm going to record myself again today.
I journalled last night (What makes me unique? How can I embrace that uniqueness without needing approval from anyone else? What can I do to stay grounded in my own identity?)
I did some of chloe ting's day one workout for the 2020 2 week shred, I'm hoping to get through more today.
I watched a couple episodes of Horrid Henry to reward myself.

90 Day Challenge
Hello Lovelies!!! I recently made a ninety day challenge for myself and was thinking of updating my progress here so I have accountability. In the next ninety days I want to be 1.Bolder, more confident, more reserved, only speak when necessary, allows my confidence to speak for itself, is empathetic but not a doormat, --- Journal
2. To have all the material from semester 1 understood. Make flashcards, mind maps, etc to make sure I understand the concepts and when I'm preparing for semester exams, it’s easier. 3. To improve my voice control. Spend a week recording myself sing, identify the flaws and try to fix them.
4. Workout more. Gym? Home workouts, daily routines and meal tracking.
5. Learn to execute control in front of younger children. Understand how to claim the room and their attention. Learn to make lessons fun and to be more laid back with them without losing your control and authority. Make them respect you. (I have to train elementary kids for a show they're performing)
6. Improve my reading speed. Track how much I read in given amount of time.

Learning from mistakes
Today was absolutely wonderful. Although I don't have many photographs I did do a lot more than I expected.
I finished two pending notebooks in the morning. Did half of my English homework.
I took a break, used it to collect information from lecture videos.
Did some physics in the morning, I completed everything I wanted to. After that, I took a break and finished chores. Then I sat down to do politics but got distracted by some other work. I played with my little brother who woke up with an eye flu this morning. We fantasized our bedroom. Turned our blankets into an island and pretended the rest of the room was an ocean an the furniture was mountains.
I fell asleep somewhere around 5 and woke up at 8:45. Finished a couple paragraphs in my English textbook.
Worked on politics after that and completed my set quota. Now, I'm about to go sleep.
After all this work, it truly feels well-deserved.
Good night!!

Back on the treadmill

Honestly, I have no idea what I've actually done today.
I know that I'm getting back there. U don't have to run the marathon if you don't want to. Truth is, you can't really run the marathon if you can't face a treadmill. Start small, go slow, focus on the long run.

Last minute life hack
I learned the best way to score well with just one day prep is by learning the answer scheme.
Do practise questions and rewrite or review the answers provided.
While taking your exam, make sure you attempt everything. Even if you don't know the answer, just write down whatever comes to mind regarding the question. Before you realise it, you would have got the target required.
Honestly, I'm counting on better planning for my next exams so I'm prepared way ahead of time.
With that being said, here's what I did today:
1. Completed Biology portions
2. Completed an entire chapter on chemistry
Didn't get to do a lot but thankfully I'll be able to complete the portions tomorrow morning.
