My mom took these when a hunting barred owl came close enough to the house for pics. It never did dive on anything, but boy was it looking! Chuffed us to bits that you could see sapping buckets in some pics too.

Look not to discourse on the word q*eer

But like,

There are several slurs I feel encompass my identity more than a lot of things.

D*ke and Cr*pple are words that describe the way I move in the world in ways that lesbian and disabled just do not fully get at.

I am q*eer too, it’s a word that fits the of ways I relate to gender and the overarching community I belong to.

These words are not substitutes for other words, they quickly express something unique.

That being said, I know they are words constantly said in violence, and have deep lasting traumatic effects on my loved ones and community members.

I am gonna censor and tag them all when I can because I can hold both the words value to me and the pain of those around me.

I’m still a q*eer cr*pple d*ke, that’s not going to change because I have respect for the violence others have endured.
