Hate to say it. Not the biggest fan of the Burning Spice and Golden Cheese outfits. The color palette does not go with his skin tone. And also tbh I was kind of hoping we'd get at least one other swap outfit set.

Sorry I've been kind of dead, darlings. Just burnt out on writing- haven't been drawing much even in my own time either. Just not a lot of energy I fear. Still deeply obsessed with cookie run and Vampire Cookie my beloved (I've even been playing ovenbreak just to get to use him more, aha...) but the energy to actually make things just has not been there. Possibly a medication thing I need to get sorted. I'll get back to writing one day.

Wait. Burning Spice as the Herald of Change has a bow and he's canonically pretty damn strong, more so than any normal cookie, meaning- It would totally be possible to do a 'The Challenge' with Burning Spice x Reader. And then of course the Burning Spice that returns home after X amount of years would be the Great Destroyer version of Burning Spice. Darlings...

I hope I don't get tomatoes thrown at me, but if someone has an interest in his partner Burning Spice Cookie would challenge them to a battle.

'Challenge them to battle' is a generous way of putting 'will murder that person,' ahah. Because that's what he would do. What's his is his, and if anyone dares to even suggest they'll try to take that from him, they better have the strength to back it up, or they're as good as dust.

I know you said that Burning Spice Cookie isn't much of a cuddler, but I imagine his hugs, if he ever does hug, is crushing, like you're scared on whether or not your back would break.

He's not much of a cuddler almost solely because he doesn't want to just... Sit still and do 'nothing' for an extended period. But he is constantly being physical with his partner in some way- and its pretty much always too much force. Hold his hand? Not gonna be able to feel your fingers. Get a hug? Your spine will feel like its gonna pop. Believe it or not that is him demonstrating restraint. If he wasn't you'd actually have broken bones and not just feel like they're about to break. Strong man! I think he'd actually be kind of cuddly specifically if its a thing of he just carries his partner in one arm while he does other things. He'll accept that.

It would be funny to imagine how Nutmeg Tiger Cookie would feel about BSC's partner. Like yes, the Great Destroyer has a partner now lol

Generally, none of the Wild Spices would be stupid enough to really question anything Burning Spice does (at least to his face), though if his chosen partner is on the... weaker side of things, a lot of the Wild Spices are side eyeing each other like '???'. Nutmeg Tiger silences any questioning of Burning Spice she hears, though even she might... have some confusion. But she just trusts that surely there must be some greater purpose to all this (the greater purpose is that he's in love and love makes you do strange things haha)

Aha, thank you! I've mentioned it before, but I'm actually primarily a visual artist; I'm far more confident in my drawing ability than my writing ability, even. Perhaps sometime I'll open up art requests on this blog. We'll see!

Burning Spice Cookie gives me the type where he's like his partner's body guard

Okay. Depending on the situation this varies wildly, alright. However, in my head, I'm a very big fan of the idea of Burning Spice having Guard Dog energy for his partner but in the way of- He really wants to maul everyone's faces off and his partner is holding his metaphorical leash at all times to reign him in haha. Get him one of those vests that's like 'WARNING!!! DO NOT PET!! WILL BITE!!'

Yes yes of course! Apologizes for any I've failed to answer- I DO read everything that arrives in my inbox, just have forgotten to actually answer them sometimes, ahah... Sometimes I think of my response and then forget to actually, well, respond. ADHD things.

Like I haven't been having an obsession with the character, for some reason it just hit me 😭

It just makes me love the character more

God. Literally same. Okay, sort of. I've had a slow burn (ha) obsession with Burning Spice boiling in the background of my brain for a little bit that I've been painfully aware of but helpless to stop but for some reason tonight it just hit me with full force of Oh My God I Need To Do This (see below) To Him.

This isn't just a Burning Spice thing I've been obsessing over the two other most prominent fire-themed cookies (Caps and Fire Spirit) for some reason (not my usual character type at all?? These cookies are rewiring my brain...) but Burning Spice has been at the front of it and that's really showing today. I need to examine him under a microscope and squish him like a bug and throw him against a wall and give him a little kiss on the cheek and yank on his dumb little antennae. I don't know what this man is doing to me!!!

The strangest part is that the if I asked the people who know me best who they thought my favorite beast is, they'd definitely guess Shadow Milk! Because he is exactly the type of character I usually like. Yet- while I do like him, don't get me wrong- he's not very prominent in my mind compared to Burning Spice, of which I think zero of my friends would literally ever guess because he's so far off-base from the characters I usually like aesthetically. He's doing something to my brain and I don't know how or why!!!
